It's the end of KARMA as we know it....

Hey Y'all,

Oh my, you caught me.... I am singing to myself as I typed the title to this article. A catchy tune by a great group of musical angels named R.E.M. called, "It's the end of the world as we know it." I came across a great article this morning that lends hope to the direction we are choosing  to take. My dear friend and colleague Jennifer Hoffman wrote this. So sit back, relax, soak in the message as we continue to stretch, grow and learn. Oh yeah, back to the song.... "And I feel fine!"  XO~H

Karma has been the path of the earth and of its human family since the beginning of this ascension cycle. This is the foundation of the third dimensional paradigm and it contains the promise of evolution from fear to love, from limitation to expansion, and from suffering to joy and ultimately ascension into higher dimensions of being.

To attain the promise of ascension, humanity must complete its karmic path through forgiveness, which is required to end karma. These lessons are both your blessing and your greatest challenges, as you have experienced in the many lifetimes and struggles that have defined your karmic path. You have seen this is as path from karma to redemption but it is really simply moving from karma, the path of destiny and healing, to creation, the path of the divine human, one-ness, connection and of intentional energy flow. The karmic path has come to an end, if you choose to allow it to.

The new era of creation is now one small step away from you and forgiveness is the bridge you cross to reach it. This is not a small matter, for once you cross the bridge into the era of creation, you can never return to the dimensions of karma. For some of you this is a difficult choice because you walk on two karmic paths, the one of your lifetimes and the one of humanity’s karma. As light workers, teachers, and multi-aspected healers, you have held the healing potential for collective karma.

Part of your karmic journey is the responsibility you have accepted for the pain and suffering, created by others, that has impacted much of humanity. While you were powerless to prevent it and it was part of the collective karmic path, you have chosen to remain in karmic cycles until the collective karma is healed. Through this responsibility you have delayed the closure you need to complete your karmic cycles and you have done this willingly but even so, it is no longer necessary.

By remaining in this aspect of your karmic cycles you do not complete the other potential of your healing and that is to empower the creation paradigms for the new earth, which are karma-free. Your fear that karma will not be let go of, that you will not be successful in this aspect of your soul promise and soul contracts, that you will not honor your obligations to Source, that this will be another failed attempt at moving from karma to creation keeps you in karmic cycles that you do not belong in. (We have been on the roller coaster long enough.)

Can you accept the healing gift of grace, the forgiveness that Source has for you, which lets you go from the collective karma you are holding healing energy for? This is your opportunity to do the work that your soul has longed for since the beginning of this very long journey, and that is to create the new era for the earth, the era of creation and the end of karma. There are aspects of this healing that you cannot complete, that must be done through the collective intention to let go of karma.

While you can hold energy and intention for this outcome, this is no longer needed. What is needed is the fulfillment of karma’s healing, new paradigms for peace, joy and love that exist beyond karma. This is your evolution and ascension into higher dimensions of being and this is your gift to the world. Be complete with your healing, accept the gift of grace which is your letting go of from your individual and collective karmic obligations and start stepping into the joy, freedom, peace and unconditional love that are the blessings of the new era of creation.

More Retrograde Madness?

This has been a tough Mercury retrograde period and it ends this week, although the shadow period extends to September 9. This is something that happens at least three times a year so it's not an unusual phenomenon but our heightened awareness and greater sensitivity to energy is making this one more difficult because we are more aware of the changes that are happening, more attuned to the shifts that are happening around us and more involved in them because we are more connected to everything that is happening, beyond the small part that is our involvement.

This heightened sensitivity makes us aware of the changes that are happening within us and within others. We feel their pain, their doubt and confusion and if we are in fear, we can take it personally. The transformation we are going through is not something that is being experienced by people who have been or are following a spiritual path, it's being felt by everyone. And everyone reacts to it according to their level of understanding. So someone who suddenly decides that a relationship is no longer right for them at this time may be feeling doubt and confusion about their own ability to relate. But to the person on the receiving end, it's a different matter.

I've been writing for some time that the transformation we have been going through for the past five years or more will soon be felt by everyone and that time is here. And others will experience this transformation through the filter of their fears and have to address their own energetic alignment and integrity. They will make choices that include us, or not. They will act from their fear and may decide that the life they have is wrong for them and abandon it, and us. They make become so different that we can no longer be with them.

And as we continue our own transformation we may decide that the life we have is no longer right for us, that the people we have been surrounded by, including family, are so removed from our vibrational range that we can no longer connect to them in any way. Parting may be difficult but what is removed will be replaced by what fits our energy and this is a time for us to focus on the level of community, connection and relating that we want in our life so we can be surrounded by people that we can and want to be connected and who can and want to be connected to us.

You attract according to how you value yourself.

I can honestly say that this retrograde period has been the toughest for me and for many others in a long time.We are continually shifting, growing and stretching into our soul's path and purpose. Accept or Decline...

Every circumstance in our reality exists because we chose to accept or decline a gift. Now the word ‘gift’ has to be considered in the right context because in this instance, it means learning, growth and healing experiences, which are gifts because they are opportunities for us to resolve and release misaligned energies, karma, trauma and soul wounds. They do not always appear in our lives as things that make us feel good, bring us joy and inspire warm and fuzzy feelings. Some gifts challenge our core beliefs and power; others are an opportunity to confirm whether we have learned a lesson. But in every situation, no matter what it is, we always have a choice to accept or decline.

That makes our journey appear to be so easy since all we have to do is say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to every situation that appears before us. With ‘yes’ we accept and we get what we want and with ‘no’ we are clearly indicating that we are on our spiritual path and know what we do not want to step into. Or do we? While that part is a little murky, what is absolute is that there are no ‘maybes’ on our soul journey, even if we are not sure of what we want. So why do we approach many lessons with so much doubt and confusion if we know that the answer will always be a simple ‘yes’ or no’?

 Because we add elements to our ‘yes’ or ‘no’ that turn them into long, drawn out exercises in decision making, and an ‘accept’ answer does not always mean that w are in agreement. Whatever we decline doesn’t always indicate that we don’t want something. Interwoven within our answers are expectations, desires, needs, wants, and a silent hope that no matter what we choose, the Universe will make up the difference if our choice is not powerful and will create the best outcome on our behalf. Within every choice to accept or decline there are expectations, manipulations, desired outcomes and a certain amount of fear.

 Every choice to accept or decline puts us on a different path. Where will this path lead us, how will we do with the lessons and what the outcome will be are all up to us. We think that accepting means yes and declining means no but sometimes it’s the other way around. We can also decline to mean yes and accept to mean no. And if we are making that choice unconsciously we are still committing just as strongly to it as if we were fully aware and confident. Every answer is an acceptance of the path that accompanies it so even if we decline we are not necessarily ‘off the hook’, we are just not going to be on the path that a ‘yes’ answer, or accepting, would have created for us.

 Are you confused yet? It’s complicated but not that difficult because there is a way to determine which is the best, most fulfilling and highest choice and that is to pause, consider and be aware that we always have a choice, no choice is better than any other choice and all choices lead us to a specific path, that is right and best for us because if it wasn’t, we would choose something else.

 When and what should we accept? Any situation that we feel is in our highest good. How do we decide that?  
By checking in with ourselves and asking some simple questions:

•  Is this the best choice for me at this time?
•  What am I learning from this situation and what are my options?
•  Do I really want to do this?
•  What am I committing to?
•  What do I gain from this and what do I lose?
•  What else is possible for me?

 The last question is probably the most important one because we believe that whatever we are faced with is our only option, but it isn’t. We are limitless beings living in a limitless Universe so while we may see only one choice, there are many others we are totally unaware of. So by asking what else is possible, we are pausing just long enough to consider that there may be a different choice for us that we have not yet considered that may be more fulfilling, lead to more joy, be more aligned with what we will become once we allow our energies to expand into higher levels, which is part of what each choice offers us.

 Are we willing to take that risk and become a higher version of ourselves, even if we have no idea what that means? That is what each choice leads us to, whether we are willing to step into our own greatness, divinity, highest aspects and expand our energies to include the fullness of our potential in our reality. No choice can be right or wrong, good or bad because we will chose whatever is possible for us in each moment.

 What we should remember is that any choice can be changed at any time. We determine that by the outcome, which we know once we have made the choice (this is where we step into doubt, confusion and indecision because we want to know the outcome of the choice before we choose, so we know we made the ‘right’ decision. Yet that be known only after the choice has been made, which is why we are more afraid to decline than to accept, even if declining is our more powerful option.

 There’s only one way to find out and that is to make the accept or decline choice with confidence, pausing to ask questions and trusting that with the outcome we will know whether we made a choice that will expand our world or limit it and then we can decline that option and accept another one.

This is the message for August 2011 from Jennifer Hoffman.

Every lesson is part of our journey of spiritual growth and understanding which we select through our choices. Each choice has its own path and outcome and what we 'accept' or 'decline' highlights a single path and its potential outcomes. As we 'accept' one lesson we automatically decline others because they are not available to us while we're in this lesson. This is an 'all or nothing' choice too, because we cannot say 'yes' to part of a lesson and 'no' to other parts. But, we can change our mind at any time when we are ready to stop and take another path to our healing.

We may regret the path not taken but all other options are unavailable until we gain the level of spiritual understanding that is necessary to know and connect to something else. That said, when we are ready for something new all of the paths we have previously declined become available to us at new and higher levels of vibration. What we can choose from, at any moment, though, is what resonates with us. One important note here: we have no way of knowing all of the lessons included in what we decline so whatever we are guided to decline may be in our highest good over the long term. That's why regret is not the best use of our energy.

But, as soon as we understand the lesson and its healing purpose we no longer have to follow that path and are ready to make new choices. Although we think that we have to see something through to our anticipated or expected outcome, all we have to do is realize that there are other potential choices for our life. There is no divinely mandated end to any situation because we have to decide when a lesson is finished. We choose the end, just as we choose the beginning. And when we realize that a lesson is over, it has achieved its purpose in our life.

Each path contains learning that we need to experience, or we would not choose that path. There are no accidental choices, each thing we are attracted to has an energetic connection with us which corresponds an area of healing. The stronger the attraction the more important and powerful the lesson and healing. We accept what our soul needs to heal and decline what we are not yet ready for or what we have not yet learned enough to be able to experience. And then we repeat that process countless times during the course of our many lifetimes as we continue through the spiral of learning, healing, growth and transformation that is our ascension path.

The Choice of Active Abundance

We can live passively-waiting for things to happen or to get better, or actively-using our manifestation abilities to create the reality that we want in the next moment, no matter what appears to be happening in this one. Our life can be one of active abundance, where we are in a constant state of receiving effortless miracles every day, or passive abundance, where we seem to get what we want after a great deal of difficulty, at the last minute, receiving much of what we do not want or nothing at all.  The choice of active or passive abundance is ours and the results of our choices will be reflected in our reality.

The word abundance immediately brings to mind money and having everything we want (even those things we think are impossible). If we had abundance, wouldn't we have a lot of money and all of our current lack would be replaced with things that brought us joy? Abundance exists in all things, including what we want and what we don't want. We can't judge abundance because it's a universal principle. If we have no money then we have an abundance of lack. If we are unhappy then we have an abundance of sadness. Our lives reflect the abundance we have created in each moment and we have abundance in everything, including problems and chaos. If that is the state of our reality, then we are manifesting through the beliefs that create those things. Universal law doesn't judge between conscious and unconscious creation, it simply responds to our energy and intention.

When we engage in active abundance we use the power of our thoughts to constantly focus on what we want in our lives. And no matter what our reality looks like at the moment, we know that it can be changed. To create abundance in what we think are 'good' things we must be active in the process and that includes being willing to trust and have faith while we focus on what we want, or walking through doors that open for us. Being passive in this process, waiting for 'good things' to happen, will bring us uneven results that may not be exactly what we want.

This week, consider the kind of abundance that you have in your life right now. If it is joy, peace and unconditional love, that's wonderful. If not, what is your intention for your life and what are you doing to become an active participant in the process of creating abundance? Remember that abundance is not about money, it's about being in the flow of all of the joy, peace, love and the other wonderful, fulfilling things that you want in your life. We must be active participants in the abundance process in order to manifest it in our lives, which means focusing our intention on what we want and walking, fearlessly, through the doors that open for us. Practice active abundance and you will manifest the miracles that you deserve and desire.

The Energies of July

June certainly turned out to be an action packed month. With two eclipses and the Solstice, everyone was affected by some aspect of June's energies. Whether it was a necessary ending, a forced realization or a life change whose time had come, there was a finality to the shifts that occurred which did not leave any question as to the need to take a different path, to change a belief or to consider other options. We all learned lessons about expectations, release and closure that came in many forms, often from those we least expected. And to have closure and start on a new path we learned that we should release the teacher so we could embrace the lesson.

July opens with another eclipse, this one creating a powerful opening for new beginnings that are possible when we have released the past. Some of what occurred in June may feel like unfinished business because we don't have closure. But part of June's lessons were to give ourselves the closure we want from someone. Are they sorry, did they mean it, do they care, could things have been different?  None of those questions matter because this was our lesson in releasing those things, including people, which limit our joy. And that release may have come in an abrupt way that we weren't ready for.

If we focus too much on closure and the ending, we do not allow the next door to open. No matter how difficult the lesson, closure is something we often have to give ourselves and hoping that someone will give it to us only delays the inevitable realization that the new beginning we ask for also requires an ending in some aspect of our life. This month will, in some ways, be a welcome relief from the last six months of activity, partly because we can start expanding our lives based on the lessons that we have learned.

But this is not a process of re-building because everything has changed. This is a fresh start, a new beginning that requires new thinking, different energies and a total break from the past. July's potential may be delayed if we approach it from a focus on the past and try to rebuild from its ashes. To fully utilize these energies we have to use what we learned from January through June to re-invent ourselves. What do we want, what makes us happy, how much are we willing to expand our vision of our life and its potential? And, most importantly, how much are we willing to set our intention and trust that it will unfold in the most perfect way? We have powerful support for re-invention this month, as we step into the second half of 2011. Whatever it takes to give you closure, do it now so you can release the past and step forward into a confident, bright and powerful new beginning. Have a great month.

The Choice of Soul and Self

Each lifetime is a healing cycle, an opportunity to re-align energies which have, through an aspect of fear, created imprints that are out of alignment with your highest energetic potential of unconditional love. The return to the material plane in each lifetime is made to re-align self and soul so that they are perfectly integrated and aligned with this energetic potential. Each person is on the alignment path, which is accomplished through healing cycles, an energetic journey of recognition, understanding, alignment and transformation.

The healing cycle involves a shift in energetic vibrations, experienced through physical vistas that demonstrate the kind of energy that is out of alignment. A choice is made each time a healing cycle is presented, to live through the healing or allow it to transform it so its imprint is changed and aligned with a higher vibration. This choice is made by the self and the soul; the self wishes to overcome, validate its experience and to conquer. The soul's desire is to create an energetic shift and release connections. When these two desires are aligned the healing cycle can continue through to completion. When they are not aligned another healing journey has begun, with the purpose of allowing alignment to occur.

Understanding comes from the soul's knowing that pain results when energy is aligned with fear. Allowing the fear to be transformed and released, without seeking to blame or judge another, aligns the self with the soul and shifts the path from healing to transformation. Can the self be satisfied with gentle, pain-free healing or is there a need to 'do' something and to create an outcome that validates the self's desire to be exalted and feel powerless within the exact situation it once felt powerless in? The self seeks validation in each experience; the soul understands that all experiences are mirrors of one healing purpose and that to heal one is to heal all.

When soul and self are aligned through a common energetic vibration and understanding, there is full knowledge of the nature and purpose of the healing cycle. This brings transformation for where there is understanding there is also acceptance, compassion and forgiveness. Without these things the healing aspect of the healing cycle becomes the path of the self and the soul's participation is disregarded. The choice to be healed is to complete the cycle so that transformation, understanding and re-alignment with unconditional love is the result. This is what is called heaven on earth, the re-alignment of the self and soul into the highest energetic vibration of unconditional love and this allows ascension to occur.

Again, I want to thank you for showing up in these times of great change! As information is made privy to the masses, we all know that this message will have a different effect on many as we are vibrating energetically at different rates and levels AND all is in divine order.
