The price we pay....

The energies of change are a swirling vortex that is sweeping us up, to surf the eddies and flow of the tides that are washing over us and through us. One of the things that we may forget about this journey we are on, is the effect these changes bring not only to OURSELVES, but to our relationships with the people around us.

We are changing, and when WE change, we cannot expect those around us to change at the same pace, or even at all.

We are each on our own path. Sometimes others paths branch off from ours taking those people onto another trail of their own direction, and sometime other paths unite, joining ours and weaving themselves into our journey.

This journey is ours to experience. It's not always comfortable though.

So if you're feeling discombobulated bewildered and befuddled, maybe you have the ascension flu. It's a process, albeit a confusing one for the unwary. Take it easy on yourself. Rest and Relax and do what feels natural to make yourself feel comfortable. It's not all in your head!

ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

1. Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy; feeling stress. Remember, you are adjusting to a higher vibration and you will eventually adjust. Old patterns, behaviours and beliefs are also being pushed to the surface. There is a lot going on inside of you.

2. A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a loss of a sense of place. You are not in 3D anymore, as you have moved or in the process of moving into the higher realms.

3. Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body. You are purifying and letting go of blocked energy vibrating at 3D, while you are vibrating in a higher dimension.

4. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in your dream state. You can't be there for long lengths of time and need a break. This is also the 'cleansing and releasing' hour.

5. Memory loss. A great abundance of short term memory loss and only vague remembrances of your past. You are in more than one dimension at a time, and going back and forth as part of the transition, you are experiencing a 'disconnect'. Also, your past is part of the Old, and the Old is forever gone. Being in the Now is the way of the New World.

6. 'Seeing' and 'hearing' things. You are experiencing different dimensions as you transition, all according to how sensitive you are and how you are wired.

7. Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no longer there. You may not know who you are looking at in the mirror. You have cleared much of your old patterns and are now embodying much more light and a simpler, more purified divine you. All is in order, You are okay.

8. Feeling 'out of body'. You may feel as though someone is talking, but it is not you. This is our natural defence mechanism of survival when we are under acute stress or feeling traumatized or out of control. Your body is going through a lot and you may not want to be in it.

9. Periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating and are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase.

10. Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulations are barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become easily overstimulated. You are tuning up. Know that this will eventually pass.

11. You don't feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period, 'rebooting'. Your body knows what it needs. In addition, when you begin reaching the higher realms, 'doing' and 'making things happen' becomes obsolete as the New energies support the feminine of basking, receiving, creating, self-care and nurturing. Ask the Universe to 'bring' you what you want while you are enjoying yourself and having fun.

12. An intolerance for lower vibrational things of the 3D, reflected in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing modalities, etc. They literally make you feel 'sick' inside. You are in a higher vibration and your energies are no longer in alignment. You are being 'pushed, to move forward; to 'be' and create the New.

13. A loss of desire for food. Your body is adjusting to a new, higher state of being. Also, part of you does not want to be here anymore in the Old.

14. A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and residences. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.

15. You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.

16. Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and going through intense restructuring.

17. A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. A craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for this ascension process. Weight gain with an inability to loose it no matter what you do is one of the most typical experiences. Trust that your body knows what it is doing.

18. Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. Our emotions are our outlet for release, and we are releasing a lot.

19. Anxiety and panic. Your ego is losing much of itself and is afraid. Your system is also on overload. Things are happening to you that you may not understand. You are also losing behavior patterns of a lower vibration that you developed for survival in 3D. This may make you feel vulnerable and powerless. These patterns and behaviors you are losing are not needed in the higher realms. This will pass and you will eventually feel so much love, safety and unity. Just wait.

20. Depression. The outer world may not be in alignment with the New, higher vibrational you. It doesn't feel so good out there. You are also letting go of lower, darker energies and you are 'seeing' through them. Hang in there.

21. Vivid, wild and sometimes violent dreams. You are releasing many, many lifetimes of lower vibrational energy. Many are now reporting that they are experiencing beautiful dreams. Your dream state will eventually improve and you will enjoy it again. Some experience this letting go while awake.

22. Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is 'heating' up as it burns off residue.

23. Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely different direction. Your soul is balancing out your energy. It usually feels great in this new direction, as your soul knows more than you do. It is breaking your 'rut' choices and vibration.

24. You have created a situation that seems like your worst nightmare, with many 'worst nightmare' aspects to it. Your soul is guiding you into 'stretching' into aspects of yourself where you were lacking, or into 'toning down' aspects where you had an overabundance. Your energy is just balancing itself. Finding your way to peace through this situation is the test you have set up for yourself. This is your journey, and your soul would not have set it up if you weren't ready. You are the one who finds your way out and you will. Looking back, you will have gratitude for the experience and be a different person.

The above came to me from Laura Bruno. It is perfectly timed as so many clients are coming to be with some of these symptoms. Remember that we all are different and will process these energies differently yet similarly.  I personally have been letting go and assimilating for about 3 weeks strong. It started with me being totally out for 48 hours for the physical clearing and progressing as the days go by. Over the course, I have experienced all of the above. I Apologize...

Did you know that YOU are the sole owner of your vision, and God will absolutely give you what you want with your vision. Problem is your vision is muddied with reality and what everyone else thinks about what they want too. I apologize for my transgressions, as they are part of the collective.

We are in the most impressive times with the Universe and all its aspects lined up to support us as we create our best lives yet.  Each and every one of us has our hand being held by a supreme being that is allowing us to shift into the beautiful beings of purpose that we came to experience.

Super amazing things are occurring ~ you need not fret about the way in which this transpires. Just know that TODAY - we are in similar energy to that of November 1994.

 Look back to whom you were in November 1994.

• What was going for you?
• Positive aspects?
• Opposite aspects?
• Can you recall events, people, opportunities and LESSONS (gifts) you gained?

This is so important because you will have similar opportunities and lessons now. Be conscious this time, be in the moment, reassess before acting upon as this will radically put life back on track. We have full aspect energy for these next three (3) WEEKS. We are growing, maturing and learning from these experiences as we move forward creating our very best life.

Thank you for showing up and being you as you have been doing your work, tilling your garden of extraneous weeds. Since June 2012, we have triggered a DEEP remembrance and awakening of old wounds within our memories and energy fields.

Faith is elastic...

My belief is based on blind faith. I have had an interesting life, realized through diving timing that I create my reality: the good, the bad and the divinely inspired.

As there are no coincidences, I truly know that God works in unexpected places through unexpected people, at unexpected times ~ in our highest good. God brought into my life people who exposed me to thoughts, actions and ways that have led me to my now moment. I was taught one lesson time and time again, when a person shows you who they are...believe them. I have a life changing experience where for me, I truly wanted to believe this person would reach their potential with my assistance. Guess what? They did not ask for my assistance nor did they want it. What a lesson that was when it was finally delivered and received fully.

On a brighter note, 11 years ago I was graced with a beautiful baby girl who has blossomed into a caring, charismatic, authentic young lady ever. I could not be more blessed as she was a gift from my blind faith that against all western medicine odds, I was to be a mother. She is the middle of three incredible beings who call me "mama." God is so good to me.

This brings me to Faith. Faith is elastic. Stretch it to the end of your demonstration. When you hope - Hope looks forward, Faith actually knows is has already received and acts accordingly.  Remember this ~ fear feeds and thrives on negative thoughts yet starves on Faith.

I truly create my realty and see how quickly my thoughts make manifest. I leave you with this to carry your through your week:

The light of God now wipes all fear, doubt, anger and resentment. God's love pours through me as an irresistible magnetic current. I see only perfection and draw to me my own.

Words as your wand...

Use your words for good ~ you have bottled up your truth for way too long and today you get a planetary helping hand to clear out.

Your word is your wand. As we formulate our thoughts, our brains actually create images of scenarios ~ the feelings that we attach to this will be the energy that is submitted to the field of attraction.  We will receive our desires, which will be positive or negative. Power of Prayer...

Prayers and affirmations are like keys to the locks of your manifestation door.

All locks were changed a while ago. I personally missed that memo, so I am now learning how to open these doors with new keys.  The "key" is your emotions.

I learned if I was getting too emotional about a situation, my hand was shaking too much to put the key in the lock.  Let's look at the simplicity of this slight adjustment in our perception ~ when it comes to life that critical thing is whether you take things for granted or take them with gratitude.

Gratitude is one of the main keys that open every lock to every door. As gratitude for the simple things will actually bring more good into your world.  Whose with me? Are you journaling your gratitude daily?  Start small, create a life better than you could ever imagine.

I'll go first:

• I am grateful for this incredible fall weather.
• I am grateful for the twenty minutes extra sleep this morning.
• I am grateful that my beloved made coffee two mornings in a row.

Truths are created...

Truths are created, they are not static. You are the creator of your truths and what you are living is your truth.

I had a discussion today where one's experience of a situatiom was being told and it was this person's absolute truth. Why is this? You see we all have our truths ~ they actually reveal themselves from our perception.

We each have specific filters aka life experiences which affect our lens aka mind's eye which shape perception aka our world. So again I am expressing to you the importance of your thoughts, words and actions. Now I know that our past and our upbringing can influence the filters on our lens. So we must let go of all these thoughts, words, situations amd actions that do not belong to us. We must let go of the records which have been filed and catalogued in our subconcious that we do not want to keep.

From this moment forward I want you to say... I now make my perfect records through the Christ within - the records of Health, Wealth, Love and Perfect self-expression.

In your movement through this week, I want you to be aware that there are only 2 things you can control...

1. how you prepare for what might happen
2. how you respond to what just happened

Now the moment when things happen is in God's hands.

Nothing stands between you and...

"Nothing stands between you and your highest good nor your heart's desires but doubt and fear."

When you can wish without worrying, every desire will be instantly fulfilled.  You might have discovered by now that life is like a movie script that you are writing moment by moment.

Is the life that you are living not in alignment with who you want to be? Here are a few things that might be blocking your success:

Is your heart open? Are you now willing to let go and let God?

Live the life that God intended you to live. First you must surrender, open your arms up wide to the heavens, give thanks and gratitude for where you are standing now. Know that every single test thus far is a testimony for your divine life now.

I want you to know that I have a Million dollar life yet I continue to have a welfare mentality where I still live paycheck to paycheck. This was given to me from my upbringing which was given to my mother from her upbringing. It stops here. It ends now. It stops today.  Are you with me?

I am writing my script, which affects my children; therefore, my words, thoughts, and actions must remain positive, bountiful, joyous.

Curses are like chickens...

"Curses are like chickens, they come home to roost."

I have been sitting with this for a while and what keeps appearing is the power of words. When we gossip, get into other's affairs, make assumptions about a situation, we are actually transferring those energies into our world.

As we have all wished ill-will on someone, it has absolutely come back into your life. We typically do not see it as we spoke it; however, it comes back.

My request to you: for the next seven days, I want you to make a conscious effort to watch your words.  When you begin to talk about another in negativity, STOP, rephrase by saying, "I know they are doing the best they can with what they have in their spiritual toolbox at this now moment. May they be blessed and protected."

I know it might feel uncomfortable at first to actually bless someone that you have less than admirable feelings for right now. You have to have faith that you are a better person for it and continue to be the change that you want to see in the world.

Changing the ingrained....Part 2 (kinda)

This arrived in your mailbox yesterday and all the words were white making it quite difficult to read. Just a little play from the shadow of Mercury saying that you were not to read it until the Glorious Full Moon. Thank you for your laughter and for your patience as that is exactly what it exactly being called forth.

Are we there yet?” Yeah, yeah, that’s what a lot of us hear during hot and sizzling summer months. But, if we applied that inquiry to the energies associated with this volatile and transitory month, the answer would be an unequivocal “NO.”Nope kiddos, not quite there yet. But we have tons of opportunities to get closer to wherever ‘there’ is during a month filled with rare opportunities to push past obstacles and challenges that keep us staying stuck right where we are. Or, worse, wherever we’ve been staying stuck for a long, long, lonnnnnnng ass time. See, this is the month that offers every available option to change ingrained and unproductive patterns - - first in yourself - - and, then, in relationships all around. No doom. No gloom. Just choices. C’mon now, be honest, aren’t you ready for your apathy to end? Yeah, me too. And aren’t you ready for authentic solidarity to start? Yeah, me too. Dig deep. There’s a NEW WORLD ORDER emerging and it starts with rearranging the Universe living inside you.

Communications. Relationships. Reviews of both. July. Explosions are a given. But so is independence. Find freedom from EVERYTHING HOLDING YOU BACK and release your fear and frustration with and of the future. New influences are about to come into play. But first and apropos for this month, embrace revolutionary thinking and then just freakin’ change. If you do then the next time anyone asks you - - “are we there yet” – you can fully and confidently - -and TRUTHFULLY answer - - “ALMOST.” Yep, yep, ALMOST there. You can bank on it. I know that many of you will say that the above is hard to do. I will say, you are correct; however, it is very possible. Most of us are comfortable in the rut, because the rut is familiar. No matter how destructive it may be to our wellbeing, we remain in the rut, because we know how to navigate this discomfort world. I want to let these next words to absorb into your being. I want you to breathe these words as they become your mantra. "All things whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." You must act as if you had already received. Man can only receive what he sees himself receiving. I believe this is why power of visualization is so important. You must "see" it into being.


Owing to the vibratory power of words, whatever man voices, he begins to attract. People who continually speak of lack, invariably attracts it. People who continually speak of disease, invariably attract it. People who continually speak of abundance, invariably attract it. Do you understand what I am talking about? I want you to fully understand that Man receives only that which he gives. the game of life is a game of boomerangs. Man's thoughts, deeds and words, return to him sooner or later, with astounding accuracy. This is the law of karma.


I am one who chooses not to watch the news. I am one who chooses to seek out the good, to focus on the good in the world, to then send love and light to all other things that do not fit into that for me, knowing that all is in divine order. Yes, I too am human and can get sucked into negativity; however, it is my choice to change my focus, to create what I want, not what I don't want. "Bless your enemy, and you rob him of his ammunition."


I leave you with this on this incredibly blessed day. We were told in the 55th Psalm, to "cast thy burden upon the Lord." Many passages of the bible state that the battle is God's not man's and that man is always to "stand still" and see the Salvation of the Lord. I replace the word "Lord" with "Law," now it makes sense to me in the Laws of the Universe. This indicates that the superconscious mind (Christ within) is the department which fights man's battles and relieves him of his burdens. So if man violates law (Lord) if he carries a burden, and a burden is an adverse thought or condition, and this thought or condition has its root in the subconscious. Whatever your burden is, use this treatment, "I cast this burden of ___________ on the Christ within and I go free to_____________." Example, I cast this burden of resentment on the Christ within and I go free to be loving, harmonious and happy."

Find Something...

Find something in every situation for which you can be grateful!

Gratitude is a tremendously creative stance, because our experiences correspond directly to who we believe we are. And gratitude establishes a foundation of Self that has already been received, which is after all, the time we are usually grateful.

The truth is that even when a situation is problematic, you can find something in it to appreciate. Being sick may give you a chance to finally rest from overwork; not having enough money can teach you to appreciate the little things and also to be resourceful. Every problem contains a gift.

Cultivate the grateful version of yourself and the gifts start to swing into view. Note that in this sense gratitude has to be genuine; it cannot be forced or strategic.

And further it cannot be merely a reaction to facts, because the gratitude I'm talking about leads to the facts by staying true to itself no matter what.

In our spiritual practice, we don't assume the desired version of Self in order to manipulate conditions, events, or other people. We do it for our own sake, for the joy and relief of being who we want to be.

Making our days count....

Every day of our lives can be sacred days. Every day we have the opportunity to open our eyes, connect with our soul, and experience the gift of life. When we're connected, we're not run by our fear, worry, and pain. Instead, we're in the present, certain that everything is as it should be and that we are where we need to be right now. Divinely connected, we know that new realities exist and that, ultimately, it is going to get better. When we're connected, we know that no matter what life hands us, we are protected and guided. This is a conscious practice that I make a choice to embrace daily. To know in my heart of hearts that it IS going to get better and I am protected and divinely guided is all I have some moments. And that is okay...

So it is my intention to offer this message as kindling for your soul. May it light the fire to have you passionately go after your faith. May it spark you to look for what's right about your life - to be hungry for it, and to know it's coming, even if you can't see it yet.

Think about it. Would you act differently if you knew you were blessed, if you knew God was watching over you and protecting you? What boundaries would you feel empowered to set? What requests would you make? What doors would you allow to open if you knew you were divinely held? And what would happen in your life if you were intentionally reaching up and pulling in your connection with the divine?

Transformational Action Steps

This weekend, look for the blessings. Keep your eyes open to new opportunities. If you know that they're there, you will surely find them. And give yourself a break this weekend from questioning, from not being sure, and from resignation and disappointment. Instead, make a holy demand on yourself to live your faith rather than your fear...and just watch what happens. I am walking these exact steps too. Stepping in to my power, my source, my divine world that was made just for me.

All of Me...

It has been a few weeks since my last post. I have had moments of clarity and fog and clarity and fog. I stepped back from my writings as I realized that my writings had slowly dissolved over the last 8 months. Something life altering happened on Dec. 27, 2010. I was left with a handful of broken promises, hopes and dreams, while my heart was scattered and shattered into a millions pieces. It was at that moment that I was no longer able to write with clarity. My words were jumbled with thick goo that would not allow for them to be cohesive and precise.

It was at that time that I started to receive messages from other Earth Angels who were lending me great comfort and insight as I slowly began to unravel the paradox of Pandora's box that I had allowed myself to be squeezed so tightly into. It was in the days, weeks and months that followed that I put all my faith into God that he had a divine plan that was better than I could ever imagine, that I realized I was sacrificing my gifts and my being to accommodate, that I am a beloved child of God who closes doors so that vast windows of greatness can open to those who believe.

The most important lesson to be learned in life is to distinguish things which really matter from those which matter least. The one who knows which really matter will never be deceived by illusion or by a human and will pursue the goals which will lead him to prosperity and to happiness itself. You see, I had fell into my humanness and allowed the illusion of smoke and mirrors to mask the truth and I stopped growing, evolving and ascending. Better yet, I was holding on so tightly to this illusion that I was stunting the growth of all players in the game of my life. So my friends, when God closed the door ever so gently, I had to let go of the handle that I had been gripping with all my might.

Much has fallen away, I have mulched much of the old into fresh compost where an incredible garden has blossomed. I have so much new life in my world, I am inspired daily by the grace of God that I am here on this earth in this now moment to serve as witness to the glory of change. I am happy, lucky, fortunate and blessed. I would not change one circumstance in my life as it has led me to the present, which is truly a gift and I am grateful. I am blessed to have aromatic therapy to assist in the transitions

I think we all experience moments where we may lose our way. I have certainly experienced such challenges that have caused me to lose sight of who I am. I have also been part of friends lives when they have needed gentle love and guidance to rediscover themselves. I firmly believe it is with thanks to love, our friends and their honesty that we are guided back to ourselves..Perhaps love is the process of my leading you gently back to yourself. I know that LOVE is all there is... to love and be loved for who we are, to give thanksgiving for our differences that makes us unique and to know that when you least expect it, your path will cross with those who will change you world forever. You must be awake... "Once you have started seeing the beauty of life, ugliness starts disappearing. If you start looking at life with joy, sadness starts disappearing. You cannot have heaven and hell together, you can have only one. It is your choice." ~ Osho

This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they're a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond. ~ 

More Retrograde Madness?

This has been a tough Mercury retrograde period and it ends this week, although the shadow period extends to September 9. This is something that happens at least three times a year so it's not an unusual phenomenon but our heightened awareness and greater sensitivity to energy is making this one more difficult because we are more aware of the changes that are happening, more attuned to the shifts that are happening around us and more involved in them because we are more connected to everything that is happening, beyond the small part that is our involvement.

This heightened sensitivity makes us aware of the changes that are happening within us and within others. We feel their pain, their doubt and confusion and if we are in fear, we can take it personally. The transformation we are going through is not something that is being experienced by people who have been or are following a spiritual path, it's being felt by everyone. And everyone reacts to it according to their level of understanding. So someone who suddenly decides that a relationship is no longer right for them at this time may be feeling doubt and confusion about their own ability to relate. But to the person on the receiving end, it's a different matter.

I've been writing for some time that the transformation we have been going through for the past five years or more will soon be felt by everyone and that time is here. And others will experience this transformation through the filter of their fears and have to address their own energetic alignment and integrity. They will make choices that include us, or not. They will act from their fear and may decide that the life they have is wrong for them and abandon it, and us. They make become so different that we can no longer be with them.

And as we continue our own transformation we may decide that the life we have is no longer right for us, that the people we have been surrounded by, including family, are so removed from our vibrational range that we can no longer connect to them in any way. Parting may be difficult but what is removed will be replaced by what fits our energy and this is a time for us to focus on the level of community, connection and relating that we want in our life so we can be surrounded by people that we can and want to be connected and who can and want to be connected to us.

I can honestly say that this retrograde period has been the toughest for me and for many others in a long time.We are continually shifting, growing and stretching into our soul's path and purpose.
