The path is made known....

Blessed are those who seek.

The past 6 days leading into tomorrow has been all about action. It is time to realize that our intuition is RIGHT. What ever you have be doing during this time will have powerful consequences. Vital clues are coming forward, your next steps are being revealed as to your path. What ever you put your focus on will begin to take physical form in your world, so make sure you are aware of your thoughts.

Strive for clarity by eliminating anything that does not feel good in your life, for as you move towards what you want that will allow for what  you don't want to naturally fall away.

There is no more denying what needs to change in your life, you must now do it. The planetary energy is now fully supporting you to say YES! What am I saying yes to you ask... well you have been mulling this over for several months and you have just gotten that your innering callings are correct. Trust it and take it as truth, expect it to, as you now have absolute confirmation that this is your path.

So today, YOU have the power to choose the destination of your dreams, create a flight plan and stick to it. So gather your courage, your strength and your commitment and get on board, making this your most inspiring year of your life.

What are your words bringing you?

I thrive on words. I love to read. I read to learn, I learn to grow, I grow to be of service. This is how I roll. I am a divine instrument of God's good, creating a magnificent vessel in which to be a powerful messenger. "Owing to the vibratory power of words, whatever man voices, he begins to attract." This was written in 1929 by Florence Shinn, what a trailblazer in the law of the universe!

My adage is "If that's what you put out there, that is what you are going to get." I believe that many of us are more comfortable in the negative because there is such a great lack of worth circulating in our world.

I choose to use my words for three purposes: to heal, to bless and to prosper; because what you say of others will be said of you AND what you wish of others, you are wishing for yourself.

Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you and pray for them who spitefully use you and persecute you. WHY? Because goodwill produces a great aura of protection around the one who sends it. I know this first hand as this is the life I choose to lead. I lead from my heart, always have and always will. As you bless your enemy, you rob them of ammunition. Now these actions do not have to be in the face of your enemy, it can be a silent pray of blessings to be bestowed to them as they have lost their way.

Counting our Blessings...

In the wake of tragedy this week, my heart is heavy for the families and loved ones of these incredible beings who lost their precious lives.

As a mother of three incredible children and a step mom to-be to five, I counted 8 precious blessings on Friday.  This created quite the reflection for me and an opportunity to give thanks and gratitude to my life thus far.

I know that we all have encountered challenges. Some might still be processing their situations. For me, it has been my faith in everything being in Divine order.  My faith that things can only get better has allowed me to move forward.

I have experienced a few dark days and I made it through them through reflection. This led to meditation for me, which has calmed the chatter and allowed me to breathe from the inside truly.

I am proof that by embracing the law of attraction to your life in a manner that works for you brings swift changes through manifestations~ REMEMBER it is about feeling (emotion.) These are vibratory components that extend from your heart and it is what the universe send back energetically.

My latest example of this is my feeling of having more than enough. I have more than enough money to pay my bills and expenses, I have more than enough food to provide healthy nutrition to my family, I have more than enough love and compassion to give to anyone who enters my world, I have more than enough knowledge to provide service through natural healing, I have more than enough kindness to smile at strangers, I have more than enough experience to share my skills to assist others in their journey.

I would like you to reflect on your past 12 months and tell me what you have more than enough of. Give thanks and gratitude for that. Open yourself up for more greatness to enter your life. Count your blessings.

Whatever follows "I am"

As I watched Lifeclass with Oprah and Pastor Joel Osteen last night, I had quite the Aha's and head nods.

As Pastor Joel stated "If you are breathing, God has a purpose for you." I am agreeing and nodding my head at the TV, saying "yep - that's right." Because as long as you have breath, someone needs what you have - be it a hug, a smile, a helping hand, etc.

I am a believer that our words are so very powerful. I believe they create our reality. Now - my words create my reality and your words create your reality ~ AND as a collective, we can create lots of things as we begin to say the same things. As a country we repeat what we hear on the news and before you know it is a collective as we have together created a reality.

I choose to not get caught up in the craziness of media. I choose to create my reality ~ a world filled with laughter, love, happiness, joy, bliss, health and prosperity.

I am a believer of our words creating our things. So I want you to remember this important quote from Joel Osteen, "Whatever follows 'I am' will come looking for you."

We have all said negative "I ams." I am so tired, I am so broke, I am fat, I am lost... Change those negatives into positives. You don't have to go to the extreme; however, feel comfortable. I am looking forward to my second wind, I am steadily increasing my income, I am healthy, I am seeking my place on earth.

As we continue this journey together, know that I love you, I am grateful for this experience and God is and that is my truth.

Words as your wand...

Use your words for good ~ you have bottled up your truth for way too long and today you get a planetary helping hand to clear out.

Your word is your wand. As we formulate our thoughts, our brains actually create images of scenarios ~ the feelings that we attach to this will be the energy that is submitted to the field of attraction.  We will receive our desires, which will be positive or negative. You choose as you choose your thoughts.

As we use our words for good, remember that it is better to encourage than condemn. Thrive where you are planted in this NOW moment.  Embrace the beauty of your surroundings.

Stop ~ find 5 gratitudes for every negative thought or situation that you find yourself in. Amazement will be yours as you find how quickly you change your world.

Find Something...

Find something in every situation for which you can be grateful!

Gratitude is a tremendously creative stance, because our experiences correspond directly to who we believe we are. And gratitude establishes a foundation of Self that has already been received, which is after all, the time we are usually grateful.

The truth is that even when a situation is problematic, you can find something in it to appreciate. Being sick may give you a chance to finally rest from overwork; not having enough money can teach you to appreciate the little things and also to be resourceful. Every problem contains a gift.

Cultivate the grateful version of yourself and the gifts start to swing into view. Note that in this sense gratitude has to be genuine; it cannot be forced or strategic.

And further it cannot be merely a reaction to facts, because the gratitude I'm talking about leads to the facts by staying true to itself no matter what.

In our spiritual practice, we don't assume the desired version of Self in order to manipulate conditions, events, or other people. We do it for our own sake, for the joy and relief of being who we want to be.

Unraveling......

The Law of Attraction in Action

The more you come to understand the power of the Law of Attraction the more interest you will have in deliberately directing your thoughts-for you get what you think about, whether you want it, or not. Today I want to share a piece written by the premier teacher of attraction, Abraham-Hicks.

Without exception, that which you give thought to is that which you begin to invite into your experience.

When you think a little thought of something that you want, through the Law of Attraction, that thought grows larger and larger, and more, and more powerful. When you think a thought of something you do not want, the Law of Attraction draws unto it, and it grows larger and larger, also. And so, the larger it grows, the more power it draws unto it, and then the more certain you are to receive the experience.

When you see something you would like to experience and you say, "Yes, I would like to have that," through your attention to it you invite it into your experience. However, when you see something that you do not want to experience and you shout, "No, no, I do not want that!" through your attention to it you invite it into your experience. In this attraction-based Universe, there is no such thing as exclusion. Your attention to it includes it in your vibration, and if you hold it in your attention or awareness long enough, the Law of Attraction will bring it into your experience, for there is no such thing as "No". To clarify, when you look at something and shout, "No, I don't want to experience that; go away!" then what you are actually doing is calling it into your experience, for there is no such thing as "No" in an attraction-based Universe. Your attention to it says, "Yes, come to me this thing I do not want!" There are several words that the Universe doesn't here: Don't, Not and No. Be mindful! When you say, " I am not ______." (fill in the blank - the universe hears "I am ______."

Fortunately, here in your physical time-space reality, things do not manifest into your experience instantaneously. There is a wonderful buffer of time between when you begin to think about something and the time it manifests. That buffer of time gives you the opportunity to redirect your attention more and more in the direction of the things that you actually do want to manifest in your experience. And long before it manifests (actually, when you first begin to give thought to it), you can tell by the way you feel whether it is something you want to manifest or not. If you continue to give your attention to it-whether it is something you want, or something you don't want- it will come into your experience.

These Laws, even if you do not understand that they do, affect your experience even in your ignorance of them. And while you may not be aware of having heard of the Law of Attraction, it's powerful effect is evident in every aspect of your life experience.

As you consider what you read here and begin to notice the correlation between what you are thinking and speaking and what you are getting, you will begin to understand the powerful Law of Attraction. And as you deliberately direct your thoughts and focus upon the things that you do want to draw into your experience-you will begin to receive the life experience that you desire on all subjects.

Your physical world is a vast and diverse place full of an amazing variety of events and circumstances, some of which you approve of (and would like to experience) and some of which you disapprove of (and would not like to experience). It was not your intention as you came forth into this physical experience to ask the world to change in order to accommodate your opinions of the way things should be, by eliminating all things that you do not approve of and adding to the things you do approve of.

 

Glad we cleared that up! I have been striving for great experiences for quite the while in my life. I am here to tell you to experience that the LOA works, both positively and negatively. I was at a point in my life where I felt something was askew and no matter what I did to bring my mind into a positive space, I continued to go there. Eventually I brought into my experience the exact thing I did not want. From that powerful moment forward, I have been diligent to correct my thoughts when they go astray.


I also make a point not to watch too much TV, especially the news as it is nothing but doom and gloom. How about news that highlights the good of America, what a concept - you think? Staying on Track, that track of Change....

We are constantly shifting in big and small ways. It is easy to slip into putting our dreams on the back burner. Life happens and at the end of the week, you have done nothing to manifest your dream. This is where discourage sets in.

Now this what has been happening for a few years for some of us on the realms of light workers. This is because we agreed in creating the original blueprint for the earth and had to hold that vibration for the critical mass to complete their process.

How many of you have been in a holding pattern where no manifestation techniques or manifesting knowledge have worked, where they normally would? "This is because the soul always pull s rank on the law of attraction. The soul level vibrates higher than all levels. Our souls and soul plans always run the roost. Bringing in and assisting with energies in order to raise the vibration of the planet, was our sole (soul)purpose during this phase...In this way, many of us ended up in places and situations we may not have chose by our conscious selves." Excerpt from Crossing Over by Karen Bishop.

My point in telling you all of this is....we are shifting and coming into our "heaven on earth." SO - don't stop Believing, hold on to the Feeling. For those of you that listened to Journey, they had the law of attraction down.

True Liberation

I am reading the Sara series of books by Esther and Jerry Hicks with my 7 year old daughter Zaya. I have to say that these books are the greatest in teaching kids and adults about the Law of Attraction through the eyes of a child. Get the series as I have learned more from these books than from all the LOA books as it is simple and to the point.

Here is an excerpt for Sara, Book 1: "When your happiness depends on what somebody else does or does not do, you're trapped, because you cannot control what they think or what they do. You will discover true liberation, a freedom beyond your wildest dreams, when you discover that your joy does not depend on anyone else. Your joy depends on what YOU choose to give your attention to."

As we read this together, I saw the light bulb go off for Zaya and for me, is was a realization that I must be present and focus on who or what my attention goes to as this is what my world will be filled with.

I rejoice in true liberation that I choose my reality as I am the only one on this planet that I can control. Tell me what you think. How can you choose to experience that freedom?

Love and all that is...

Today is a beautiful day and it is my wish that you are experiencing the same thing too. You see today I took a walk down memory lane. Back to the days of high school as the feelings and emotions of joy came forth.

In that moment, I knew that I had to put this into words. You see when you create those feelings of elation, joy, happiness, giddiness and gratitude; you are creating your reality. You are creating more of that feeling to come into your life. This is the Law of Attraction in its finest.

As many of you already know, 2009 is our year of infinite change. We must get moving and shaking loose the chains that bind us. We have to let go of the old patterns, beliefs and thoughts that no longer serve our highest good. In doing this, you will make room for the new to arrive.

In the dawn of a new day, love your neighbor as you would want love to be give to you.

On my path...

So the truth is, there's not one path. The truth is, there's not only one right path. The truth is all paths can be made to be the right path. And that different path that every individual is launching incrementally and amending constantly - that true path is knowing source if you will pay attention to the way you feel. - Abraham

Opportunity knocks

We are being asked by the universe to open ourselves to paths of least resistance. For some of us, resistance is our middle name. We create these thoughts which later become things and wonder how did that happen to me. 

This my dear sibling is the universal law, it is the way. We all come from the same Source Energy, we continually create it every second of every day. So if you knew that positive negates negative and every time you had a negative thought, you were creating that in your life on some level, you would begin to make a conscious effort to change that thought.

Now, simply let go, be with the flow. How many times have you heard that corny phrase? It is 100% true.

Okay when you have that negative thought or actually say something that you know does not fit where you ruly want to be, STOP, say "well what do I want?" Example, I caught myself saying how I was tired of people not owning up to their responsibilities. I stopped myself before I went irrate and said, well Heather, what do you want? Response, I want the people in my life to be responsible for their actions, instantly changing a negative vibration, YAY!

Mantra for the day: I love my life, life is good and the universe provides for me!
