The path is made known....

Blessed are those who seek.

The past 6 days leading into tomorrow has been all about action. It is time to realize that our intuition is RIGHT. What ever you have be doing during this time will have powerful consequences. Vital clues are coming forward, your next steps are being revealed as to your path. What ever you put your focus on will begin to take physical form in your world, so make sure you are aware of your thoughts.

Strive for clarity by eliminating anything that does not feel good in your life, for as you move towards what you want that will allow for what  you don't want to naturally fall away.

There is no more denying what needs to change in your life, you must now do it. The planetary energy is now fully supporting you to say YES! What am I saying yes to you ask... well you have been mulling this over for several months and you have just gotten that your innering callings are correct. Trust it and take it as truth, expect it to, as you now have absolute confirmation that this is your path.

So today, YOU have the power to choose the destination of your dreams, create a flight plan and stick to it. So gather your courage, your strength and your commitment and get on board, making this your most inspiring year of your life.

Pondering our Processing...

WOW - what an interesting time we are in. I have been talking for quite a while about change. I have embraced the concept that we are constantly evolving, growing, stretching and learning.  Now here is the real deal.....

Many are resistant to change, digging in their heels, letting their fear of the unknown persuade them into staying in their rut. Well that was then and this is now. Now Change is necessary, it is all or nothing. If you tell yourself something long enough, you will believe it. If you fail to take the time to question why you do what you do, you can become convinced that you cannot do anything else.

Whether we like it or not, we are being pushed by universal forces to let go of the past and all the junk that no longer serves our highest good. This influence is forcing us to look at all those little aspects of ourselves that we often choose to ignore. Maybe it is not about fixing something that is broken, maybe it is about starting over and creating something better.

Instead of regretting your past experiences, embrace them as the learning blocks that created the masterpiece that you are today. Just as those past experiences shaped your current reality, your current experiences are also shaping your future!

The trick will be to stay in the present moment. Don't get lost in the past, though bits will come up for us to do over and do differently. The horizon is wide right now, we can see far ahead for a change, but to get that far we need to engage opportunities right here and right now. We can choose an open-ended path and stay open for a serendipitous meeting or positive shift in relationships.

Notice an urgency to express and feel understood, but it’s hard to be heard when everyone wants to express at the same time. We need to be as curious about others as we want them to be about ourselves. We can see how the patterns in how we think and speak, and notice how we recreate familiar reactions in the people around us. Some experience can put us out of our comfort zone and point out to us that we need to let go of some outmoded behaviors in order to achieve our goals. We can rebel against our patterns once we see them and make a difference choice, break old patterns and truly feel free. It can be both scary and exciting if we embrace this process, but will be well worth the effort.

Counting our Blessings...

In the wake of tragedy this week, my heart is heavy for the families and loved ones of these incredible beings who lost their precious lives.

As a mother of three incredible children and a step mom to-be to five, I counted 8 precious blessings on Friday.  This created quite the reflection for me and an opportunity to give thanks and gratitude to my life thus far.

I know that we all have encountered challenges. Some might still be processing their situations. For me, it has been my faith in everything being in Divine order.  My faith that things can only get better has allowed me to move forward.

I have experienced a few dark days and I made it through them through reflection. This led to meditation for me, which has calmed the chatter and allowed me to breathe from the inside truly.

I am proof that by embracing the law of attraction to your life in a manner that works for you brings swift changes through manifestations~ REMEMBER it is about feeling (emotion.) These are vibratory components that extend from your heart and it is what the universe send back energetically.

My latest example of this is my feeling of having more than enough. I have more than enough money to pay my bills and expenses, I have more than enough food to provide healthy nutrition to my family, I have more than enough love and compassion to give to anyone who enters my world, I have more than enough knowledge to provide service through natural healing, I have more than enough kindness to smile at strangers, I have more than enough experience to share my skills to assist others in their journey.

I would like you to reflect on your past 12 months and tell me what you have more than enough of. Give thanks and gratitude for that. Open yourself up for more greatness to enter your life. Count your blessings.

Faith is elastic...

My belief is based on blind faith. I have had an interesting life, realized through diving timing that I create my reality: the good, the bad and the divinely inspired.

As there are no coincidences, I truly know that God works in unexpected places through unexpected people, at unexpected times ~ in our highest good. God brought into my life people who exposed me to thoughts, actions and ways that have led me to my now moment. I was taught one lesson time and time again, when a person shows you who they are...believe them. I have a life changing experience where for me, I truly wanted to believe this person would reach their potential with my assistance. Guess what? They did not ask for my assistance nor did they want it. What a lesson that was when it was finally delivered and received fully.

On a brighter note, 11 years ago I was graced with a beautiful baby girl who has blossomed into a caring, charismatic, authentic young lady ever. I could not be more blessed as she was a gift from my blind faith that against all western medicine odds, I was to be a mother. She is the middle of three incredible beings who call me "mama." God is so good to me.

This brings me to Faith. Faith is elastic. Stretch it to the end of your demonstration. When you hope - Hope looks forward, Faith actually knows is has already received and acts accordingly.  Remember this ~ fear feeds and thrives on negative thoughts yet starves on Faith.

I truly create my realty and see how quickly my thoughts make manifest. I leave you with this to carry your through your week:

The light of God now wipes all fear, doubt, anger and resentment. God's love pours through me as an irresistible magnetic current. I see only perfection and draw to me my own.

Truths are created...

Truths are created, they are not static. You are the creator of your truths and what you are living is your truth.

I had a discussion today where one's experience of a situatiom was being told and it was this person's absolute truth. Why is this? You see we all have our truths ~ they actually reveal themselves from our perception.

We each have specific filters aka life experiences which affect our lens aka mind's eye which shape perception aka our world. So again I am expressing to you the importance of your thoughts, words and actions. Now I know that our past and our upbringing can influence the filters on our lens. So we must let go of all these thoughts, words, situations amd actions that do not belong to us. We must let go of the records which have been filed and catalogued in our subconcious that we do not want to keep.

From this moment forward I want you to say... I now make my perfect records through the Christ within - the records of Health, Wealth, Love and Perfect self-expression.

In your movement through this week, I want you to be aware that there are only 2 things you can control...

1. how you prepare for what might happen
2. how you respond to what just happened

Now the moment when things happen is in God's hands.

Curses are like chickens...

"Curses are like chickens, they come home to roost."

I have been sitting with this for a while and what keeps appearing is the power of words. When we gossip, get into other's affairs, make assumptions about a situation, we are actually transferring those energies into our world.

As we have all wished ill-will on someone, it has absolutely come back into your life. We typically do not see it as we spoke it; however, it comes back.

My request to you: for the next seven days, I want you to make a conscious effort to watch your words.  When you begin to talk about another in negativity, STOP, rephrase by saying, "I know they are doing the best they can with what they have in their spiritual toolbox at this now moment. May they be blessed and protected."

I know it might feel uncomfortable at first to actually bless someone that you have less than admirable feelings for right now. You have to have faith that you are a better person for it and continue to be the change that you want to see in the world.

Making our days count....

Every day of our lives can be sacred days. Every day we have the opportunity to open our eyes, connect with our soul, and experience the gift of life. When we're connected, we're not run by our fear, worry, and pain. Instead, we're in the present, certain that everything is as it should be and that we are where we need to be right now. Divinely connected, we know that new realities exist and that, ultimately, it is going to get better. When we're connected, we know that no matter what life hands us, we are protected and guided. This is a conscious practice that I make a choice to embrace daily. To know in my heart of hearts that it IS going to get better and I am protected and divinely guided is all I have some moments. And that is okay...

So it is my intention to offer this message as kindling for your soul. May it light the fire to have you passionately go after your faith. May it spark you to look for what's right about your life - to be hungry for it, and to know it's coming, even if you can't see it yet.

Think about it. Would you act differently if you knew you were blessed, if you knew God was watching over you and protecting you? What boundaries would you feel empowered to set? What requests would you make? What doors would you allow to open if you knew you were divinely held? And what would happen in your life if you were intentionally reaching up and pulling in your connection with the divine?

Transformational Action Steps

This weekend, look for the blessings. Keep your eyes open to new opportunities. If you know that they're there, you will surely find them. And give yourself a break this weekend from questioning, from not being sure, and from resignation and disappointment. Instead, make a holy demand on yourself to live your faith rather than your fear...and just watch what happens. I am walking these exact steps too. Stepping in to my power, my source, my divine world that was made just for me.

River of Life...

As I navigate my river of life, I've been graced with AHA's along the way. My latest discoveries and ponderings are that of perception, control and highest good.

The inlet of perception has led a great many discussion with clients, colleagues and friends as of late. As we each have experiences, our reality is perceived and shaped. We can collectively be "experiencing" the same thing and each have a different take on the situation.

This simple AHA has positioned me with a vantage point that has exponentially shifted my world. I now get it. We all perceive the world through our individual lens. Having this knowledge has loosened my resolve and allowed me to love unconditional as I see that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have. (I refer to this as having the right tools in your toolbox to cope with life's beautiful challenges.)

Another "lesson" of mine has been that of relinquishing control. Lord have mercy on me as this has been and still is a daily session with good and evil for me. There are several factors that have led to my ambitious controlling nature. We will not digress; however, I will say that loosening these reigns have been the most freeing, gracious and remarkable ever. You see, I would not believe unless it happened to me, so the universe decided to give me a run for my money and placed me smack dab in scenarios that I had to release and let go. As I let go of control, amazing things have happened. I live a life with far less stress than EVER before (as I scream across the house at one of my 3 children, hahahaha.)  Breathe Heather, count to 10... So in this particular situation, my children are arguing over colored pencils from MY art box. (I don't share well - another only child trait.) Hi, my name is Heather and I am an only child... and have parented in that manner for the last 11 years. Well it doesn't work so much with 3 kids as these siblings have their own agendas, lessons and gifts for each other without their "controlling" mama dictating the situation. So I release, let go and become a less stressed mama. YAY me!

Now for the Pièce de résistance, the beautiful gift of hindsight has propelled me forward on my soul’s path and I am gratefully for my experiences and absolutely thankfully for each of the lessons that has been given to me. It has given me validation of my intuition as I have grown into a powerful woman who completely trust the messages that I receive. I am truly aware of my choices and act accordingly. As we walk through life, we are not given the next step until it is right there. I choose to live a life of passion, love, respect, honesty, integrity and empathy.  It is how we perceive our situations and its outcome as to how smooth and easy it can be.

I have to admit that I have been divinely guided to where I stand right now. I acquired along the way 3 incredible tools to add to my toolbox: perception, letting go and hindsight. My tools are now vast and used daily as I navigate the river of my life. My wish for you is the same grace and ease that life can be when you release while being open to receive greatness.

Making a Difference

Wow, it has been a month since I last wrote to you. My world has been evolving, changing, shedding, renewing and absolutely in divine, perfect order.

I am on my Purpose train. OMG, what a ride, could even be an attraction at a theme park. Step right up to your Purpose train; a ride filled with bumps, sharp turns, 360 degree loops and every second is worth it. Hold on, but not too tight, there are things that are meant to fall away. They are no longer needed on this train ride. HO, there goes ego, there goes childhood angst, there goes lack of...

You see people on this train, your Purpose train, there are Gifts of the Divine. I want my world to be filled completely with them. There is Love, Patience, Kindness, Faith, Joy, Peace,Goodness, Self Control and Gentleness.

Each day I want you to look at this list with me, print it out,write it out, however it is that you will see IT. I am going to choose ONE and ask the universe to fill my heart with the gift, then ask the universe for the opportunity to give that gift away the very same day. In doing this with me my brothers and sisters, we are making a difference, we are changing our world for the better.

It is not I, but the Christ within who does my work!

When we are truly on our paths, serving others in the highest good, we are pure vessels for greatness to flow through.

There is a great fight in each of our lives. It is the battles of two wolves. One wolf is filled with anger, rage, deceit and jealousy. The other is filled with joy, serenity, compassion and love. The wolf who wins is the one who we feed! Which one are you feeding right now?

We can slip and feed that bad wolf; however, we can instantly change the direction. By shifting our focus, focus on the good in our lives, we are grateful for the offerings that come our way.

Shifting into Oneness

In our ever changing world, we are ever changing. Some may prefer to be static or stable, like the position they are in. Well folks guess what...nothing ever stays the same in this Earth school.

We are all evolutionary creatures, beautiful spirits of light energy having a human experience. The word Evolve is beautiful to many and to some, it is the scariest thing imaginable. As much as we try to hold on, not let go, this creates tremendous strife, turmoil and chaos in our lives, we will eventually let go and move with the changes that are ever occurring.

I am writing this short note to all of you who have decided to let go and become that beautiful butterfly that is awakening from its safe secure coccoon. Be brave, march forth to the beat of your own drum and live the life YOU have always wanted. Don't let others "should" you anymore. Be the divine light that God put you here for.
