Pondering our Processing...

WOW - what an interesting time we are in. I have been talking for quite a while about change. I have embraced the concept that we are constantly evolving, growing, stretching and learning.  Now here is the real deal.....

Many are resistant to change, digging in their heels, letting their fear of the unknown persuade them into staying in their rut. Well that was then and this is now. Now Change is necessary, it is all or nothing. If you tell yourself something long enough, you will believe it. If you fail to take the time to question why you do what you do, you can become convinced that you cannot do anything else.

Whether we like it or not, we are being pushed by universal forces to let go of the past and all the junk that no longer serves our highest good. This influence is forcing us to look at all those little aspects of ourselves that we often choose to ignore. Maybe it is not about fixing something that is broken, maybe it is about starting over and creating something better.

Instead of regretting your past experiences, embrace them as the learning blocks that created the masterpiece that you are today. Just as those past experiences shaped your current reality, your current experiences are also shaping your future!

The trick will be to stay in the present moment. Don't get lost in the past, though bits will come up for us to do over and do differently. The horizon is wide right now, we can see far ahead for a change, but to get that far we need to engage opportunities right here and right now. We can choose an open-ended path and stay open for a serendipitous meeting or positive shift in relationships.

Notice an urgency to express and feel understood, but it’s hard to be heard when everyone wants to express at the same time. We need to be as curious about others as we want them to be about ourselves. We can see how the patterns in how we think and speak, and notice how we recreate familiar reactions in the people around us. Some experience can put us out of our comfort zone and point out to us that we need to let go of some outmoded behaviors in order to achieve our goals. We can rebel against our patterns once we see them and make a difference choice, break old patterns and truly feel free. It can be both scary and exciting if we embrace this process, but will be well worth the effort.

Change the ingrained...

Are we there yet?” Yeah, yeah, that’s what a lot of us hear during hot and sizzling summer months. But, if we applied that inquiry to the energies associated with this volatile and transitory month, the answer would be an unequivocal “NO.” Nope kiddos, not quite there yet. But we have tons of opportunities to get closer to wherever ‘there’ is during a month filled with rare opportunities to push past obstacles and challenges that keep us staying stuck right where we are. Or, worse, wherever we’ve been staying stuck for a long, long, lonnnnnnng ass time. See, this is the month that offers every available option to change ingrained and unproductive patterns - - first in yourself - - and, then, in relationships all around. No doom. No gloom. Just choices. C’mon now, be honest, aren’t you ready for your apathy to end? Yeah, me too. And aren’t you ready for authentic solidarity to start? Yeah, me too. Dig deep. There’s a NEW WORLD ORDER emerging and it starts with rearranging the Universe living inside you.

Communications. Relationships. Reviews of both. July. Explosions are a given. But so is independence. Find freedom from EVERYTHING HOLDING YOU BACK and release your fear and frustration with and of the future. New influences are about to come into play. But first and apropos for this month, embrace revolutionary thinking and then just freakin’ change. If you do then the next time anyone asks you - - “are we there yet” – you can fully and confidently - - and TRUTHFULLY answer - - “ALMOST.” Yep, yep, ALMOST there. You can bank on it. I know that many of you will say that the above is hard to do. I will say, you are correct; however, it is very possible. Most of us are comfortable in the rut, because the rut is familiar. No matter how destructive it may be to our wellbeing, we remain in the rut, because we know how to navigate this discomfort world. I want to let these next words to absorb into your being. I want you to breathe these words as they become your mantra. "All things whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." You must act as if you had already received. Man can only receive what he sees himself receiving. I believe this is why power of visualization is so important. You must "see" it into being.


Owing to the vibratory power of words, whatever man voices, he begins to attract. People who continually speak of lack, invariably attracts it. People who continually speak of disease, invariably attract it. People who continually speak of abundance, invariably attract it. Do you understand what I am talking about? I want you to fully understand that Man receives only that which he gives. the game of life is a game of boomerangs. Man's thoughts, deeds and words, return to him sooner or later, with astounding accuracy. This is the law of karma.


I am one who chooses not to watch the news. I am one who chooses to seek out the good, to focus on the good in the world, to then send love and light to all other things that do not fit into that for me, knowing that all is in divine order. Yes, I too am human and can get sucked into negativity; however, it is my choice to change my focus, to create what I want, not what I don't want. "Bless your enemy, and you rob him of his ammunition."


I leave you with this on this incredibly blessed day. We were told in the 55th Psalm, to "cast thy burden upon the Lord." Many passages of the bible state that the battle is God's not man's and that man is always to "stand still" and see the Salvation of the Lord. I replace the word "Lord" with "Law," now it makes sense to me in the Laws of the Universe. This indicates that the superconscious mind (Christ within) is the department which fights man's battles and relieves him of his burdens. So if man violates law (Lord) if he carries a burden, and a burden is an adverse thought or condition, and this thought or condition has its root in the subconscious. Whatever your burden is, use this treatment, "I cast this burden of ___________ on the Christ within and I go free to_____________." Example, I cast this burden of resentment on the Christ within and I go free to be loving, harmonious and happy."

The Energies of July

June certainly turned out to be an action packed month. With two eclipses and the Solstice, everyone was affected by some aspect of June's energies. Whether it was a necessary ending, a forced realization or a life change whose time had come, there was a finality to the shifts that occurred which did not leave any question as to the need to take a different path, to change a belief or to consider other options. We all learned lessons about expectations, release and closure that came in many forms, often from those we least expected. And to have closure and start on a new path we learned that we should release the teacher so we could embrace the lesson.

July opens with another eclipse, this one creating a powerful opening for new beginnings that are possible when we have released the past. Some of what occurred in June may feel like unfinished business because we don't have closure. But part of June's lessons were to give ourselves the closure we want from someone. Are they sorry, did they mean it, do they care, could things have been different?  None of those questions matter because this was our lesson in releasing those things, including people, which limit our joy. And that release may have come in an abrupt way that we weren't ready for.

If we focus too much on closure and the ending, we do not allow the next door to open. No matter how difficult the lesson, closure is something we often have to give ourselves and hoping that someone will give it to us only delays the inevitable realization that the new beginning we ask for also requires an ending in some aspect of our life. This month will, in some ways, be a welcome relief from the last six months of activity, partly because we can start expanding our lives based on the lessons that we have learned.

But this is not a process of re-building because everything has changed. This is a fresh start, a new beginning that requires new thinking, different energies and a total break from the past. July's potential may be delayed if we approach it from a focus on the past and try to rebuild from its ashes. To fully utilize these energies we have to use what we learned from January through June to re-invent ourselves. What do we want, what makes us happy, how much are we willing to expand our vision of our life and its potential? And, most importantly, how much are we willing to set our intention and trust that it will unfold in the most perfect way? We have powerful support for re-invention this month, as we step into the second half of 2011. Whatever it takes to give you closure, do it now so you can release the past and step forward into a confident, bright and powerful new beginning. Have a great month.
