Being versus Having Potential

We all have potential, which is the limitless field of possibilities that we can create our life from. Our potential is the small voice of our heart which calls us to explore opportunities, to create a reality from a long held dream, to become the powerful, joyful person we know we can be. But unless we are able to step into our potential, it simply exists as a possibility in our life, something that we can have at some point in the future when we are ready to change. To embrace our potential we must be willing to 'be' whatever it is calling us to become.

Many of us are stuck at the point of having potential, we know that there is something better for us and a way to live that is happier than what we have, we just don't know how to connect to it. Our fears, doubts, uncertainty and confusion stop us from taking the leap of faith that will propel us into a different future. Even if we are unhappy, living the life we know is better than stepping into something so uncertain and unknown that when we can't find a solid foundation to step onto, we ignore its call.

But being our potential does not give any guarantees either. After all, it is potential, meaning that its form is shadowy at best. Because potential calls us to become, it means putting our dreams out in the open, exposing our heart's desire to a critical, unforgiving world. What if we fail, what if no one likes us, what if we do not find any appreciation for our new self? What if we do not like what we have chosen? What do we do then? Do we make mistakes when we become our potential?

This is the critical point for potential, when we can separate ourselves from the belief that if someone approves of our potential, then we have made the right decision. Because once we step into our potential, we also challenge others to step into theirs. And they may be critical, but that is because they are receiving their own inner call to become their potential. If we could take one aspect of potential that calls to us and give it all of our effort, become what it is calling us to do, then we would take that first step and be on the path to allowing our confidence and trust lead us on a journey that would unfold into a life of being who we are from the soul level, embracing our power and giving ourselves permission to be the potential our heart knows is possible and true for us. Be the potential you know you have and allow your life to unfold for you in new, different, unknown, uncertain and miraculous ways.

There is no coincidence; however, the energy of the universe will always bring to you the things you seek. The above article is a HOT topic RIGHT now in our world as we are all being asked to step into our potential. The potential that is in the highest good for all, not what we THINK others want from us, but that which IS us at our deepest soul level.

The call has been made. It is now your responsibility to step in. It is a beautiful ride that has many dips, turns and hills. Hang on for this is the beginning of the rest of your glorious life.

Is Balance Interfering with Your Abundance?

I went on vacation to Mexico recently, and bravely decided to leave my laptop behind. The plan was to sit on a beach and do nothing for five whole days. After all, I should be able to live without work, email, and social media for a while, right?

The first day of doing nothing was lovely. The second day was merely okay. By day three, I was beating myself up severely. Had I become a complete workaholic, that I was longing for my laptop so that I could write my next article, my next class, check in with my social media outlets? Did I truly not know how to let go and just have fun on my vacation?

By the end of the day, I was distressed. I have apparently created a horrible imbalance in my life, resulting in "all work" and an inability to simply play.

On day four, the light bulb went on!

My work is not "work" at all. First of all, teaching a teleclass is way more fun to me than drinking margaritas poolside. My work definitely doesn't feel like "work." And it's not what I "do" for a living. It's who I AM, a joyful avenue of authentic self-expression! When I "work" I get to tap into my Divine gifts and align with my Soul's purpose.

And here I was, beating myself up because "work" is apparently all I want to do!

Isn't that crazy?

Why would we ever want to do anything BUT tap into our Divine gifts and align with our Soul's purpose? After all, this is where we are at our most abundant. This is where we are most aligned to our true Divine nature!

And yet it seems we have an odd notion of "work/life balance" in our society that makes us believe that there can be too much of a good thing.

Why not heavily focus on what allows us to be exactly who we already are, to express our Divine gifts, to do what makes us feel joyful and fulfilled?

If we feel most abundant and Divine while working out at the gym ... why not take this to the extreme? (And please know that there are ways to monetize any passion while you're at it!)

If we feel most joyful and authentically self-expressed while spending time with our children - why insist on having a "balance" between family time and work, or time to ourselves?

If we are spirituality geeks, or obsessed with writing, or fixing up cars, or if we feel whole when we paint murals or make jewelry, or bake cookies ... if these activities are how we perfectly express our Divinity, then why not spend as much time as we possibly can doing them?

Why insist on "balance" and doing something that, quite frankly, makes us feel far less than the Divine beings we truly are?

When we are engaged in the authentic expression of our Divine gifts - when we are flowing with the grace of who we already are! - that's when we are most aligned with Divine Abundance.

After all, abundance cannot flow when we are inauthentic to who we truly are. Abundance cannot flow when we're trying to fit in, when we're compromising, sacrificing, or doing something out of obligation.

Are you giving up your abundance for the sake of "balance?" Or will you joyfully give yourself permission to be one-sidedly abundant, to be extreme in your authentic self-expression, to do nothing but express your Divine gifts into this world?

I, for one, am giving myself permission to take my laptop on vacation with me from now on!

Choices...

We are all faced with choices; everyday choices, life-changing choices and choices that are difficult to make. We consciously and unconsciously make choices. Many of us seek advice before we choose, validating that our intuition was right. What you have to understand is that it is YOUR choice, your path, your journey. You MUST experience life - pain, love, sorrow, joy, death, renewal.

Pure unconditional love that is innocent and always present. Now in the realms of ego, unconditional love sometimes gets misconstrued as lust and passion. When you meet a soul that is searching externally for that which fills the holes, ego is in charge, no matter what the spiritual path may be. We honor their journey without judgment and send unconditional loving energy to them.

As we travel the roads less traveled, exploring the depths of our shadow, sometimes soul separation is required for growth to occur for the individuals involved. This too is a choice that we make, yet sometimes difficult.

Energetic Love

It has been a while since my last post. I have been living life; exploring dimensions, busting shadows, assisting crossovers, creating healing synergies with essential oils, like I said just living my life.

The more we radiate love, unconditional pure love, the more smooth our lives will be. I radiate my love to everyone, even those who don't radiate love. These are the ones who need it the most.

I have been living in a space of high heart, loving all that is, whether it is what I want or not. The more we honor our feelings, allow them and release them, the more greatness comes. Consciously commit to being present in all that you do, BE where your feet are and you too will notice a change that is fascinating.

Our shadow is wanting to be brought into the light. When it is, it presents us with gifts that we could never imagine. Our shadow self houses great treasure that holds the key to our freedom.

Until next time - Sweet Kisses and Aromatic Wishes....

Handling the Holiday Crazies

I had the incredible opportunity to be a guest on blogtalk radio with Joyce Stech. I HIGHLY recommend that you listen to this interesting show called Handling the Holiday Crazies.

During this show, I talked about an easy way to incorporate essential oil therapy into your home during the holidays. I want to talk to you about this recipe and the properties that these gifts from the Universe have to offer.

I talked about using cinnamon sticks, cloves and lemon slices in a pot of water on the stove to simmer that releases a heavenly, comforting aroma. This freshens the air, creates an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. You are releasing essential oils into the air, magic happens, a shift occurs.

The properties of Cinnamon are antiseptic, clearing the air of airborne germs. It is warming, allowing your shell to soften and regain passion in life. Clove is another great antiseptic, clearing the air of germs, making it easier to breathe. Clove has the ability to assist in the releasing of attachments, empowering you to move forward, exploring new possibilities and experiences. Lastly is the benefit of Lemon; highly bactericidal, it abates infections of all descriptions and detoxifies. Lemon has the ability to release emotional, irrational outbursts from your life.

So imagine having these unbelievable oils diffusing in your environment during the holidays, imagine releasing all those beliefs that do not serve you and actually enJOYing your family and friends.

Now you can do this with a simple recipe of 3 cinnamon sticks, 4 whole cloves and 2 slices of lemon (give a twist to release the essential oils from the rind.) OR you can use the actual essential oil to create this and can be placed in a pot of water to simmer on your stove as well.

Happy Holidays and Best New Year to you and yours.

The Divine Feminine Lord's Prayer

Every time I say the Lord's Prayer, it has not fully resonated with me. Months ago while in service one Sunday, we discussed this and how important it was to fully feel the words and its meaning for us. A member stood and shared her version. It resonated and I took from it the words that fit me and added more of my own as well. I would like to share that today as today it Nov. 11, 2009 which numerologically is 11-11-11, most powerful gate opening this year.

My Lord's Prayer

O Divine Mother/Father, who dwells within me, Holy is thy name. Thy ways be known, thy grace be shown in me on earth as it is in heaven. Give me this day my inner peace. And forgive me of my ignorance as I forgive it in others. And lead me now on the path of love and deliver to me more compassion. For thine is the wisdom and the unity and the joy forever and ever, Amen.

Today hold your highest intentions, words, actions, and thoughts. Be kind, loving, grateful and in integrity. What YOU put out today is amplified many times back to YOU. What YOU most desire manifests more easily within these energies. Stop and focus several time today. We have not been in this vibration in our lifetime, last time was Nov. 11, 1910. So it is.

Staying on Track, that track of Change....

We are constantly shifting in big and small ways. It is easy to slip into putting our dreams on the back burner. Life happens and at the end of the week, you have done nothing to manifest your dream. This is where discourage sets in.

Now this what has been happening for a few years for some of us on the realms of light workers. This is because we agreed in creating the original blueprint for the earth and had to hold that vibration for the critical mass to complete their process.

How many of you have been in a holding pattern where no manifestation techniques or manifesting knowledge have worked, where they normally would? "This is because the soul always pull s rank on the law of attraction. The soul level vibrates higher than all levels. Our souls and soul plans always run the roost. Bringing in and assisting with energies in order to raise the vibration of the planet, was our sole (soul)purpose during this phase...In this way, many of us ended up in places and situations we may not have chose by our conscious selves." Excerpt from Crossing Over by Karen Bishop.

My point in telling you all of this is....we are shifting and coming into our "heaven on earth." SO - don't stop Believing, hold on to the Feeling. For those of you that listened to Journey, they had the law of attraction down.

Till next time, sunshine hugs and moonlight kisses~~~
