The past 6 days leading into tomorrow has been all about action. It is time to realize that our intuition is RIGHT. What ever you have be doing during this time will have powerful consequences. Vital clues are coming forward, your next steps are being revealed as to your path. What ever you put your focus on will begin to take physical form in your world, so make sure you are aware of your thoughts.
Strive for clarity by eliminating anything that does not feel good in your life, for as you move towards what you want that will allow for what you don't want to naturally fall away.
There is no more denying what needs to change in your life, you must now do it. The planetary energy is now fully supporting you to say YES! Karma has been the path of the earth and of its human family since the beginning of this ascension cycle. This is the foundation of the third dimensional paradigm and it contains the promise of evolution from fear to love, from limitation to expansion, and from suffering to joy and ultimately ascension into higher dimensions of being.
To attain the promise of ascension, humanity must complete its karmic path through forgiveness, which is required to end karma. These lessons are both your blessing and your greatest challenges, as you have experienced in the many lifetimes and struggles that have defined your karmic path. You have seen this is as path from karma to redemption but it is really simply moving from karma, the path of destiny and healing, to creation, the path of the divine human, one-ness, connection and of intentional energy flow. The karmic path has come to an end,if you choose to allow it to.
The new era of creation is now one small step away from you and forgiveness is the bridge you cross to reach it. This is not a small matter, for once you cross the bridge into the era of creation, you can never return to the dimensions of karma. For some of you this is a difficult choice because you walk on two karmic paths, the one of your lifetimes and the one of humanity’s karma. As light workers, teachers, and multi-aspected healers, you have held the healing potential for collective karma.
Part of your karmic journey is the responsibility you have accepted for the pain and suffering, created by others, that has impacted much of humanity. While you were powerless to prevent it and it was part of the collective karmic path, you have chosen to remain in karmic cycles until the collective karma is healed. Through this responsibility you have delayed the closure you need to complete your karmic cycles and you have done this willingly but even so, it is no longer necessary.
By remaining in this aspect of your karmic cycles you do not complete the other potential of your healing and that is to empower the creation paradigms for the new earth, which are karma-free. Your fear that karma will not be let go of, that you will not be successful in this aspect of your soul promise and soul contracts, that you will not honor your obligations to Source, that this will be another failed attempt at moving from karma to creation keeps you in karmic cycles that you do not belong in. (We have been on the roller coaster long enough.)
Can you accept the healing gift of grace, the forgiveness that Source has for you, which lets you go from the collective karma you are holding healing energy for? This is your opportunity to do the work that your soul has longed for since the beginning of this very long journey, and that is to create the new era for the earth, the era of creation and the end of karma. There are aspects of this healing that you cannot complete, that must be done through the collective intention to let go of karma.
While you can hold energy and intention for this outcome, this is no longer needed. What is needed is the fulfillment of karma’s healing, new paradigms for peace, joy and love that exist beyond karma. This is your evolution and ascension into higher dimensions of being and this is your gift to the world. Be complete with your healing, accept the gift of grace which is your letting go of from your individual and collective karmic obligations and start stepping into the joy, freedom, peace and unconditional love that are the blessings of the new era of creation.

WOW - what an interesting time we are in. I have been talking for quite a while about change. I have embraced the concept that we are constantly evolving, growing, stretching and learning. Now here is the real deal.....
Many are resistant to change, digging in their heels, letting their fear of the unknown persuade them into staying in their rut. Well that was then and this is now. Now Change is necessary, it is all or nothing. If you tell yourself something long enough, you will believe it. If you fail to take the time to question why you do what you do, you can become convinced that you cannot do anything else.
Whether we like it or not, we are being pushed by universal forces to let go of the past and all the junk that no longer serves our highest good. This influence is forcing us to look at all those little aspects of ourselves that we often choose to ignore. Maybe it is not about fixing something that is broken, maybe it is about starting over and creating something better.
Instead of regretting your past experiences, embrace them as the learning blocks that created the masterpiece that you are today. Just as those past experiences shaped your current reality, your current experiences are also shaping your future!
The trick will be to stay in the present moment. Don't get lost in the past, though bits will come up for us to do over and do differently. The horizon is wide right now, we can see far ahead for a change, but to get that far we need to engage opportunities right here and right now. We can choose an open-ended path and stay open for a serendipitous meeting or positive shift in relationships.
Notice an urgency to express and feel understood, but it’s hard to be heard when everyone wants to express at the same time. We need to be as curious about others as we want them to be about ourselves. We can see how the patterns in how we think and speak, and notice how we recreate familiar reactions in the people around us. Some experience can put us out of our comfort zone and point out to us that we need to let go of some outmoded behaviors in order to achieve our goals. We can rebel against our patterns once we see them and make a difference choice, break old patterns and truly feel free. It can be both scary and exciting if we embrace this process, but will be well worth the effort.

I know that many of you will say that the above is hard to do. I will say, you are correct; however, it is very possible. Most of us are comfortable in the rut, because the rut is familiar. No matter how destructive it may be to our wellbeing, we remain in the rut, because we know how to navigate this discomfort world. I want to let these next words to absorb into your being. I want you to breathe these words as they become your mantra. "All things whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." You must act as if you had already received. Man can only receive what he sees himself receiving. I believe this is why power of visualization is so important. You must "see" it into being.
Owing to the vibratory power of words, whatever man voices, he begins to attract. People who continually speak of lack, invariably attracts it. People who continually speak of disease, invariably attract it. People who continually speak of abundance, invariably attract it. Do you understand what I am talking about? I want you to fully understand that Man receives only that which he gives. the game of life is a game of boomerangs. Man's thoughts, deeds and words, return to him sooner or later, with astounding accuracy. This is the law of karma.
I am one who chooses not to watch the news. I am one who chooses to seek out the good, to focus on the good in the world, to then send love and light to all other things that do not fit into that for me, knowing that all is in divine order. Yes, I too am human and can get sucked into negativity; however, it is my choice to change my focus, to create what I want, not what I don't want. "Bless your enemy, and you rob him of his ammunition."
I leave you with this on this incredibly blessed day. We were told in the 55th Psalm, to "cast thy burden upon the Lord." Many passages of the bible state that the battle is God's not man's and that man is always to "stand still" and see the Salvation of the Lord. I replace the word "Lord" with "Law," now it makes sense to me in the Laws of the Universe. This indicates that the superconscious mind (Christ within) is the department which fights man's battles and relieves him of his burdens. So if man violates law (Lord) if he carries a burden, and a burden is an adverse thought or condition, and this thought or condition has its root in the subconscious. Whatever your burden is, use this treatment, "I cast this burden of ___________ on the Christ within and I go free to_____________." Example, I cast this burden of resentment on the Christ within and I go free to be loving, harmonious and happy."

Greetings to each of you! Talk about wild energies! What a ride! The past couple of weeks have revealed huge incoming waves of energies that we have not seen before. They look like very light mist green arcs moving through our dimension. There are others too that look very light silver. These waves are really shaking things up. If you are in balance things are going amazingly well for you. If not, and you are kicking and screaming your way through the current changes, things might not be so pretty for you but that can change!
I am seeing a lot of different symptoms on opposite poles of the spectrum with the current energy influxes. Many are having relationship issues, body pain that is very intense, mild headaches, old emotions surfacing, mineral deficiencies, excess energy, lack of energy and motivation or on the flip side, a huge spurt of creative juices. We can expect these pendulum swings over the next few weeks.
In addition we were also in a whopper of a Mercury Retrograde. This one feels pretty brutal and started affecting us over a week before actually going retrograde. This is a time when we must be very careful about our communications, make sure that what we mean has been heard and not something else, and also to follow up on what we have said or transmitted in emails, letters or any other kind of communication. May messages are not getting through lately. This can be frustrating but a little extra attention to things can go a long way in alleviating problems!
In all of the craziness of the times, we really need to work on self. To get our internal balance and stay there. It is really easy to get caught up in everyone else’s drama and trauma especially over the holidays. The truth is that every day is a holiday, a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience life as only that day can offer. If we keep our perspectives, we can realize that it is our traditions that are important. Our sense of ceremony and continuity that comes no matter what. These times call for us to honor something external.
I suggest that we take that even further and celebrate that we are creating the holidays out of a sense of our inner holiness. Our sacredness. Our connection with the divine forces that bring us life, love, and the ability to feel at all. How we feel and how we live is all by our choice, our free will, and our desire to find both commonality and to stand out. The very animation of us as beings of light. We have the power and the choice to experience this life to our greatest potential or to become victims of those experiences. Live, laugh, love as you never have. These current energies are like a crescendo of magic carrying us to a great opening of beingness. Ride it high and don’t look back!

I so apologize for the blog delay. Dang - We have moved through some
intense planetary alignments, an eclipse, a mercury retrograde and some
spectacular trans dimensional energy shifts.
The energies are no longer
coming in waves like they used to. They are instead coming to and through as
fractals that arrange as libraries and records within our energy fields. If ever there was a time when we needed to get right with ourselves, it is now.
What I mean by that is that we must be completely truthful with ourselves about
everything in our life experiences. No more making excuses for why things
aren't working out the way we wanted them to. No more blaming others when we
have the innate power to change it all. Creation is not only listening but
participating with us as we are within it to bring forward whatever we state
must be true.
If ever the word Amen applied it is now. So be it. So it is, Oh
yeah and right on. Whatever we mean, there it is. In terms of symptoms lately I
am seeing a lot of odd headaches, sacral issues, joint pain, digestive issues,
foggy headedness and even tendencies to disassociate, or feel as if we aren't
really in our bodies. If this is happening to you, do what you need to get
grounded. Chocolate is a terrific grounding agent. Cold water on the wrists,
lean your back against a big old tree. Walk barefoot in the grass or put your
hands in the dirt. Those are just a few good suggestions.
If you are in situations that don't serve who you are in this now, deal with
them. Either do what you need to do to rectify them or cut them loose. These
energies don't have room for untruths and untruths can become far more than
everyday nuisances. What do you really want? Where do you really want to be?
With whom? Why not?
Celebrate yourself. Remember we didn't come here for the explicit job of being
challenged. The reality is that we are here to live and all we need to do to
accomplish that is to do the best we can. There is no judgment panel. We are
the ones deciding our way. Where will we go today? Remember it is always and
forever our choice. If we don't like the way things are going it is our
inherent right to choose again!
Stand firm with me today and say "Once and for all." Use these words behind every affirmation that places you one step forward. TODAY - right now!!
Every circumstance in our reality exists because we chose to accept or decline a gift. Now the word ‘gift’ has to be considered in the right context because in this instance, it means learning, growth and healing experiences, which are gifts because they are opportunities for us to resolve and release misaligned energies, karma, trauma and soul wounds. They do not always appear in our lives as things that make us feel good, bring us joy and inspire warm and fuzzy feelings. Some gifts challenge our core beliefs and power; others are an opportunity to confirm whether we have learned a lesson. But in every situation, no matter what it is, we always have a choice to accept or decline.
That makes our journey appear to be so easy since all we have to do is say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to every situation that appears before us. With ‘yes’ we accept and we get what we want and with ‘no’ we are clearly indicating that we are on our spiritual path and know what we do not want to step into. Or do we? While that part is a little murky, what is absolute is that there are no ‘maybes’ on our soul journey, even if we are not sure of what we want. So why do we approach many lessons with so much doubt and confusion if we know that the answer will always be a simple ‘yes’ or no’?
Because we add elements to our ‘yes’ or ‘no’ that turn them into long, drawn out exercises in decision making, and an ‘accept’ answer does not always mean that w are in agreement. Whatever we decline doesn’t always indicate that we don’t want something. Interwoven within our answers are expectations, desires, needs, wants, and a silent hope that no matter what we choose, the Universe will make up the difference if our choice is not powerful and will create the best outcome on our behalf. Within every choice to accept or decline there are expectations, manipulations, desired outcomes and a certain amount of fear.
Every choice to accept or decline puts us on a different path. Where will this path lead us, how will we do with the lessons and what the outcome will be are all up to us. We think that accepting means yes and declining means no but sometimes it’s the other way around. We can also decline to mean yes and accept to mean no. And if we are making that choice unconsciously we are still committing just as strongly to it as if we were fully aware and confident. Every answer is an acceptance of the path that accompanies it so even if we decline we are not necessarily ‘off the hook’, we are just not going to be on the path that a ‘yes’ answer, or accepting, would have created for us.
Are you confused yet? It’s complicated but not that difficult because there is a way to determine which is the best, most fulfilling and highest choice and that is to pause, consider and be aware that we always have a choice, no choice is better than any other choice and all choices lead us to a specific path, that is right and best for us because if it wasn’t, we would choose something else.
When and what should we accept? Any situation that we feel is in our highest good. How do we decide that? By checking in with ourselves and asking some simple questions:
Is this the best choice for me at this time?
What am I learning from this situation and what are my options?
Do I really want to do this?
What am I committing to?
What do I gain from this and what do I lose?
What else is possible for me?
The last question is probably the most important one because we believe that whatever we are faced with is our only option, but it isn’t. We are limitless beings living in a limitless Universe so while we may see only one choice, there are many others we are totally unaware of. So by asking what else is possible, we are pausing just long enough to consider that there may be a different choice for us that we have not yet considered that may be more fulfilling, lead to more joy, be more aligned with what we will become once we allow our energies to expand into higher levels, which is part of what each choice offers us.
Are we willing to take that risk and become a higher version of ourselves, even if we have no idea what that means? That is what each choice leads us to, whether we are willing to step into our own greatness, divinity, highest aspects and expand our energies to include the fullness of our potential in our reality. No choice can be right or wrong, good or bad because we will chose whatever is possible for us in each moment.
What we should remember is that any choice can be changed at any time. We determine that by the outcome, which we know once we have made the choice (this is where we step into doubt, confusion and indecision because we want to know the outcome of the choice before we choose, so we know we made the ‘right’ decision. Yet that be known only after the choice has been made, which is why we are more afraid to decline than to accept, even if declining is our more powerful option.
There’s only one way to find out and that is to make the accept or decline choice with confidence, pausing to ask questions and trusting that with the outcome we will know whether we made a choice that will expand our world or limit it and then we can decline that option and accept another one.
Every lesson is part of our journey of spiritual growth and understanding which we select through our choices. Each choice has its own path and outcome and what we 'accept' or 'decline' highlights a single path and its potential outcomes. As we 'accept' one lesson we automatically decline others because they are not available to us while we're in this lesson. This is an 'all or nothing' choice too, because we cannot say 'yes' to part of a lesson and 'no' to other parts. But, we can change our mind at any time when we are ready to stop and take another path to our healing.
We may regret the path not taken but all other options are unavailable until we gain the level of spiritual understanding that is necessary to know and connect to something else. That said, when we are ready for something new all of the paths we have previously declined become available to us at new and higher levels of vibration. What we can choose from, at any moment, though, is what resonates with us. One important note here: we have no way of knowing all of the lessons included in what we decline so whatever we are guided to decline may be in our highest good over the long term. That's why regret is not the best use of our energy.
But, as soon as we understand the lesson and its healing purpose we no longer have to follow that path and are ready to make new choices. Although we think that we have to see something through to our anticipated or expected outcome, all we have to do is realize that there are other potential choices for our life. There is no divinely mandated end to any situation because we have to decide when a lesson is finished. We choose the end, just as we choose the beginning. And when we realize that a lesson is over, it has achieved its purpose in our life.
Each path contains learning that we need to experience, or we would not choose that path. There are no accidental choices, each thing we are attracted to has an energetic connection with us which corresponds an area of healing. The stronger the attraction the more important and powerful the lesson and healing. We accept what our soul needs to heal and decline what we are not yet ready for or what we have not yet learned enough to be able to experience. And then we repeat that process countless times during the course of our many lifetimes as we continue through the spiral of learning, healing, growth and transformation that is our ascension path.

During the first few days of August the universe will fire off two or three discreet challenges so make sure you were being attentive and listening to your inner divine judgments and directives.
If you are experiencing emotional turbulence, moodiness and shadowy behavior by beleaguered friends, associates or family members it's your proof of the universe's beloved interest in our evolution. Tremendous anchoring of spiritual codes associated with the Divine Feminine have been balancing humanity for the entire month. Sacred female frequencies related to the Magdalene energies activated a matriarchal dismantling and clearing which is now occurring through all ancestral lines.
Because of the awesome power of these light codes you should be feeling intuitively sharp, clear and confident. With the new visioning perspectives you are able to gaze upon your own expression of life and decide what areas need an inflow of Soul juice (love). You are completely dedicated to discovering the ideals and morals from within that still yearn for the support of Universal love and intelligence. You are feeling like a channel of collective insights moving with the eternal instinct of knowledge and wisdom. Synchronicity, soul connections, a-ha moments, past life memories, mystery manifestations, flashing mathematical codes (i.e. 1111, 4444, 888) can all be part of your everyday life.
However, if you are healing karmic wounds associated with these energies then you could be working with simmering anger, jealousy, suspicion, emotional disempowerment, victimization of vulnerable individuals, and possible terror in response to repression and belittlement. Such experiences are pivotal opportunities for you to become conscious and awake to what is asking for healing. Be willing to see how your attitudes and energies are seeking the divine inspiration of Spirit's wholeness. The wise part of you, possessing a keen memory about what you incarnated to accomplish, will motivate you to take the exact steps needed for reconnection.
Physical repercussions from integration include the nervous system going awry. Light packets coded with ancient frequencies are bouncing through us within a newly available vibrational spectrum and we are being over-stimulated. You may feel "buzzing" as your body attempts to moderate the new refinements. Give yourself permission to sleep it off - literally. If extra sleep isn't an option then at least create opportunities to relax throughout the day. A knotted stomach, pancreas pain, gallbladder issues, or other digestive and intestinal problems may also surface as the third chakra adjusts to the new norm. Remember when anchoring new frequencies at the body level give your digestion a break and eat as lightly as possible.
And a new one to add to the list - because you are grounding a new surge of "creational" energies, you may find sexual feelings escalate. The lower chakras are now being merged with high velocity dimensional frequencies so use your own discernment and only interact with clear boundaries to what feels aligned to you. If you are female you may notice you are receiving a new level of "male" attention directed at your energy field. If you are a male, you will notice the desire to exchange your energies with the opposite sex. Do not utilize these energies to heal body parts. Raise them through your vertical power tube (chakra column) and release them out the top of your crown. See your root and crown as one long column of light. If you have an intimate partner, consecrate your union to these sacred energies to heal and liberate you both.
All the yet-to-arrive energies of August will serve to convert you into a crystallized, electro-magnetic field of Soul current that is ready to accommodate the dimensional spheres we are moving into. The potent frequency upgrades are purposefully making us ready for the end of one era and the beginning of another. Very shortly 3D will no longer be relative to our existence. Go with the organic eternal life force flow by turning inward to reflect on the workings of the cosmos through your own self-study. Make the external changes needed for greater alignment between self and the Universe. (Note to Self: as above, so below; as within, so without.)
As the week progresses be alert to the energies of "conflict" that will be present. They are the distraction that will keep you from taking in the higher, more subtle currents running through your environment. When you need to resolve something that appears as conflict the first action to take is to s-l-o-w down and reflect on where your individual ego and will are fitting into the larger cosmic scheme. Touchiness, unease, and tension are sure to be exacerbated. The most natural emotion and action to humanly possess is the need to be right.
Do your part to use your inner vision to identify what is most important - again, not only for yourself but in terms of fitting into the larger cosmic order of the time. Open your heart and move into love constantly, consistently. All attempts at this help to improve the psychic atmosphere of humanity. Instead of falling into the ole, "my way or the highway", it won't hurt to play the generous and caring role while interacting with loved ones, pals and co-workers.
Settling in 5D is beyond anything your mortal imagination can conjure up and it is no longer a matter of prophecy. From here to 2012 the Light will be coming more rapidly and with greater intensity in order that everyone have a deeper sense of their individual role within the larger landscape.
July will end with a mixture of stimulation and caution. The yellow flag of caution is a reminder of your greater responsibility and leadership within our own life experiences. Each event will require an internal dialogue to explore the profound Inner Knowing of your personal values and truths. Thus, the leader who listens to inner knowing and leads by example. The effects of August will powerfully propel us further into the 5D dimension, shaking off more belief systems formulated a long time ago. It is time to be realistic about what we really feel is right and in harmony with our God Source identity. Inner control and peace are the themes to practice for our personal evolution this week.
These times are changing my friends and I will be the first to say "WooHoo." Now with that said, you should also know that there is validation in all that we have experienced up till this now moment. Many of us have shed lifetimes in days, weeks, months. This caused quite the emotional upheaval as all we had known and grown accustomed to had to leave in order for this beautiful, sparkly new to arrive. We are still in transition though, as Angela stated above. Some are healing Karmic wounds that are up front and in our face. Please love, take time for yourself (whatever that means for you,) others are integrating these new energies and having these unexplained pains. Good to validate again what is occurring as these new frequencies are entering into our bodies for our highest good. I love you all and see the light in you. Know that great things happen when you are in tune with your intuition. Today I awaken to the peace and calm of the One Presence attending
to the ordering of all life. This spiritual mastery animates the Divine
nature of all it conceives. In the stillness of this Presence I am tenderly

of life. I AM the principle of the one Mind moving to create experiences
which open me to the authentic realms of Self.
I move with the divine momentum of the universe and allow all aspects
of God's radiant light to bless my entire being with the rising stages of
its transfiguring energy. No matter what challenges or tests may be
presented, I know nothing is worth moving away from the harmony of
God's grace and timing. I am a spiritual being that is superior to my mind,
emotions, and circumstances. As such I drink in the opportunity for Light
from the heart of God to merge with the discipline of a physical body. Every
cell, every atomic and subatomic particle within my physical, etheric, mental
and emotional bodies is now pulsating with the certainty of Divine Radiance.
The revitalizing and restoring beams of Light infuse my bodies with the
divine qualities of eternal youth, vibrant health, and limitless physical
perfection. Empowered by these positive effects I am always self-responsible,
happy, optimistic, emotionally stable, wise, clear about my life's purpose, and
skillful in the deliverance of soul driven actions.
I AM eternally grateful for more Light now filling my bodies with vibrations of

While riding the wave of life you must also practice stillness so you can flow with, rather than resist the wave’s motion.
Our lives are continually in motion, buoyed by the wave that is the universe’s flow. As the wave rises and falls, we are carried forward, through life’s high and low points. The universe’s flow may take us to a place in life where we would rather not be. As tempting as it can be to fight the direction and size of this wave that propels us, riding the wave is intended to make life easier. When you ride the wave, your life can evolve naturally and with minimal effort. Riding the wave, however, is not a passive experience. It is an active process that requires you to be attentive, centered, and awake. You must also practice stillness so you can flow with, rather than resist the wave’s motion. Because life is dynamic and always changing, it is when we try to make the wave stand still or resist its direction that we are likely to get pulled under by its weight. If you try to move against the wave, you may feel as if you are trapped by it and have no control over your destiny. When you reach a low point while riding the wave and find your feet touching bottom, remember to stay standing so that you can leap forward along with the wave the next time it rises. Trying to resist life’s flow is a losing proposition and costly because you waste energy. Riding the wave allows you to move forward without expending too much of your own efforts. When you ride the wave, you are carried by it and your head can “stay above water” as you go wherever it takes you. It can be difficult to trust the universe and let go of the urge to fight life’s flow, and you may find it easier to ride the wave if you can stay calm and relaxed. Riding the wave will always take you where you need to go.
Again my friends, we are in a state of constant change and evolution. It happens when we are not looking, it happens when we are aware. This is the one constant in our lives...CHANGE. I have been blessed with tremendous change in my life throughout my life, so I am telling you from my experience that I too fought against the waves of change with little reward. I became depleted to the core of my being. These experiences happened earlier in my life, so when the latest significant change occurred, I had the hindsight of experience to change my reaction. This time I decided to ride the wave with balance, grace and ease. What I experienced was a complete AHA moment as the pain of the process was still there, yet the time in which the pain and dis-comfort took was minimal compared to the past.
When I say that I am blessed with tremendous change in my life, these have been defining moments in my life that created 90 degree turns on my path of purpose. As I allowed myself to fall "victim" into the "why me" syndrome, I created strife and resistance to the inevitable. Change was happening no matter how hard I resisted or held on. Riding the waves of change has been the most liberating and gratifying experience in my life. I can say that I received assistance through essential oils from Aroma Pharmica with divine guidance from the knowledge held at the Aromatic Institute. My request to you :: let go and surrender as change is occurring at a rapid rate in our time-space continuum. Know that you will not be granted assistance from the highers unless you ask; however, all you have to do is ask, believe and you will receive the answers for your highest good and growth.
