Truths are created...

Truths are created, they are not static. You are the creator of your truths and what you are living is your truth.

I had a discussion today where one's experience of a situatiom was being told and it was this person's absolute truth. Why is this? You see we all have our truths ~ they actually reveal themselves from our perception.

We each have specific filters aka life experiences which affect our lens aka mind's eye which shape perception aka our world. So again I am expressing to you the importance of your thoughts, words and actions. Now I know that our past and our upbringing can influence the filters on our lens. So we must let go of all these thoughts, words, situations amd actions that do not belong to us. We must let go of the records which have been filed and catalogued in our subconcious that we do not want to keep.

From this moment forward I want you to say... I now make my perfect records through the Christ within - the records of Health, Wealth, Love and Perfect self-expression.

In your movement through this week, I want you to be aware that there are only 2 things you can control...

1. how you prepare for what might happen
2. how you respond to what just happened

Now the moment when things happen is in God's hands.

As we continue this journey together, know that I love you, I am grateful for this experience and God is and that is my truth.

Curses are like chickens...

"Curses are like chickens, they come home to roost."

I have been sitting with this for a while and what keeps appearing is the power of words. When we gossip, get into other's affairs, make assumptions about a situation, we are actually transferring those energies into our world.

As we have all wished ill-will on someone, it has absolutely come back into your life. We typically do not see it as we spoke it; however, it comes back.

My request to you: for the next seven days, I want you to make a conscious effort to watch your words.  When you begin to talk about another in negativity, STOP, rephrase by saying, "I know they are doing the best they can with what they have in their spiritual toolbox at this now moment. May they be blessed and protected."

I know it might feel uncomfortable at first to actually bless someone that you have less than admirable feelings for right now. You have to have faith that you are a better person for it and continue to be the change that you want to see in the world.

Watch Your Words: Change The Way You Speak and Your Whole Life Will Change

Words have power. Especially the words we use, automatically, every day. When’s the last time you heard yourself say something like:

• I can’t remember anything these days.
• This job is killing me.
• I’m dying to see that new movie.
• I’m a procrastinator.
• I’m too old to do that anymore.
• I can’t wait for the weekend.
• My body’s not what it used to be.
• I’m just not very disciplined.
• I hate exercise.

Changing your language can change your life. Just notice the shift in energy you feel when you reframe the above sentences to these:

• I remember everything I need to know when I need to know it.
• This job is no longer right for me and I’m ready for a change.
• I’m looking forward to seeing that new movie.
• I’m having so much fun building “follow-through” muscles.
• I can do anything I decide to do.
• I’m excited to enjoy the weekend.
• My body gets stronger with every breath I take.
• I easily commit to doing the things I love to do.
• I love moving my body in delicious new ways.

What if you knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the words you use were like magnets, creating a field of energy that reaches out into the universe, charged with bringing back experiences that match the words you speak?

When you start living your life from an energetic perspective, life, as you know it, changes forever. In a good way .

Take Action Challenge

Choose one phrase that you use on a regular basis (and if you’re not sure of one, ask someone close to you for an example). Then, turn the sentence into a positive statement and train yourself to use this new one instead. Pretty soon you’ll hear yourself use it without having to think about it at all. And that’s when the magic begins! This message from my a dear friend and colleague Cheryl Richardson.

I know how easy it is to get caught up in the words and phrases that we hear so much. Being a southern girl, I have many that have been floating around my realms for eons.

I have been on a divine mission for many years and can honestly say that I still "catch" myself saying things that are not in the most positive ways. I have many tools in my spiritual toolbox that allows me to stop and "re-do" my phrasing.

I am a firm believer that our thoughts, words and actions, no matter how small or subtle, are like magnets that creates a field of energy that reaches out into the universe, commanded to bring back experiences that match the thoughts, words and actions in which I take.

Journey with me in a realm of conscious creation, knowing that with passion and purpose, you can do anything as with God, all things are possible.

Changing the ingrained....Part 2 (kinda)

This arrived in your mailbox yesterday and all the words were white making it quite difficult to read. Just a little play from the shadow of Mercury saying that you were not to read it until the Glorious Full Moon. Thank you for your laughter and for your patience as that is exactly what it exactly being called forth.

Are we there yet?” Yeah, yeah, that’s what a lot of us hear during hot and sizzling summer months. But, if we applied that inquiry to the energies associated with this volatile and transitory month, the answer would be an unequivocal “NO.”Nope kiddos, not quite there yet. But we have tons of opportunities to get closer to wherever ‘there’ is during a month filled with rare opportunities to push past obstacles and challenges that keep us staying stuck right where we are. Or, worse, wherever we’ve been staying stuck for a long, long, lonnnnnnng ass time. See, this is the month that offers every available option to change ingrained and unproductive patterns - - first in yourself - - and, then, in relationships all around. No doom. No gloom. Just choices. C’mon now, be honest, aren’t you ready for your apathy to end? Yeah, me too. And aren’t you ready for authentic solidarity to start? Yeah, me too. Dig deep. There’s a NEW WORLD ORDER emerging and it starts with rearranging the Universe living inside you.

Communications. Relationships. Reviews of both. July. Explosions are a given. But so is independence. Find freedom from EVERYTHING HOLDING YOU BACK and release your fear and frustration with and of the future. New influences are about to come into play. But first and apropos for this month, embrace revolutionary thinking and then just freakin’ change. If you do then the next time anyone asks you - - “are we there yet” – you can fully and confidently - -and TRUTHFULLY answer - - “ALMOST.” Yep, yep, ALMOST there. You can bank on it. I know that many of you will say that the above is hard to do. I will say, you are correct; however, it is very possible. Most of us are comfortable in the rut, because the rut is familiar. No matter how destructive it may be to our wellbeing, we remain in the rut, because we know how to navigate this discomfort world. I want to let these next words to absorb into your being. I want you to breathe these words as they become your mantra. "All things whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." You must act as if you had already received. Man can only receive what he sees himself receiving. I believe this is why power of visualization is so important. You must "see" it into being.


Owing to the vibratory power of words, whatever man voices, he begins to attract. People who continually speak of lack, invariably attracts it. People who continually speak of disease, invariably attract it. People who continually speak of abundance, invariably attract it. Do you understand what I am talking about? I want you to fully understand that Man receives only that which he gives. the game of life is a game of boomerangs. Man's thoughts, deeds and words, return to him sooner or later, with astounding accuracy. This is the law of karma.


I am one who chooses not to watch the news. I am one who chooses to seek out the good, to focus on the good in the world, to then send love and light to all other things that do not fit into that for me, knowing that all is in divine order. Yes, I too am human and can get sucked into negativity; however, it is my choice to change my focus, to create what I want, not what I don't want. "Bless your enemy, and you rob him of his ammunition."


I leave you with this on this incredibly blessed day. We were told in the 55th Psalm, to "cast thy burden upon the Lord." Many passages of the bible state that the battle is God's not man's and that man is always to "stand still" and see the Salvation of the Lord. I replace the word "Lord" with "Law," now it makes sense to me in the Laws of the Universe. This indicates that the superconscious mind (Christ within) is the department which fights man's battles and relieves him of his burdens. So if man violates law (Lord) if he carries a burden, and a burden is an adverse thought or condition, and this thought or condition has its root in the subconscious. Whatever your burden is, use this treatment, "I cast this burden of ___________ on the Christ within and I go free to_____________." Example, I cast this burden of resentment on the Christ within and I go free to be loving, harmonious and happy."

Un-Doing Karma or Be-Coming Transformation

Each lifetime is entered with the purpose of healing karma and transmuting energies of fear into a higher vibration. This is the purpose of life and for each lifetime that is experienced on earth. The human experience creates karma until it can learn to connect with the energy of unconditional love, which then allows ascension into new energetic vibrations to occur. Karmic cycles allow the experience of karma through lessons to allow for the possibility of healing and forgiveness. This is the path of un-doing, which can create repeated cycles of learning until you aware that the way out of these cycles is to be-come the healing and transformation that will release the karma.

Every human connection contains a karmic element which you can be aware of by remembering that this is a central aspect of every interaction. Being aware of the presence of karma, observing the energy exchanges and knowing when karma is being activated allows you to see where there are opportunities to become the healing your own soul requires. You are either on the path of un-doing karma, which you do by repeating it in every interaction, or be-coming transformation.

Asking for the higher vibration of this experience is one way to stop 'un-doing' karma and become a new vibration. By recognizing and using every opportunity for healing, the karmic cycles of your life and of the world are minimized and greater opportunities for release and healing are available. This is part of your life mission, to stop the cycles of undoing, which are karmic, and to discover that life can be a joyful, effortless experience created from your highest vibrations.

Each of you is a healer of your soul wounds, soul groups, soul mates and of the world. But do not feel overwhelmed by the task because all healing begins with you and you each have the ability to follow the path of undoing or the path of becoming. You know which path to choose, which one is aligned with your soul's desire for healing and transformation and which one responds to your own wish for ascension and life in higher dimensions of being. Choose the path you resonate with, that answers your heart's call for healing and transformation and you will, with each step on your journey, become your heaven on earth.

Relationship's Light

If our relationships serve us in the way the Light intended, they become wonderful opportunities for spiritual growth and transformation. Whether or not you see its significance at the time, everything in your life happens for a reason. Although you might believe this statement intellectually, if you look honestly at your life, you'll probably find that you don't act as though a beautiful design were really behind each event. Most people think their experiences are mostly random coincidences. 

However, there is no such thing as a coincidence. That being true, any challenge you encounter in life is part of a design whose intent is to help you grow and change. The more arduous the difficulty, the greater the opportunity it affords you to mend your ways in order to connect to the Light. This is true even of the worst situations. In fact, the more negativity there is in an interaction, the more potential there will be to reveal Light. Daily we should observe ourselves and notice which experiences are providing the greatest potential for transformation toward the Light? Which offer the most opportunities to reinforce your spiritual beliefs and certainties? 

Look at your life, and you will see that most of the challenges you face stem from your interactions with others. Your life is all about relationships with your parents, siblings, lovers, spouses, children, grandchildren, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, neighbors, colleagues, bosses, employees, the mailman, the nanny, your doctor, your gardener . . . You name it if it's part of your life, it has a relationship attached to it. 

Because of the humility of the soul we are attracted to those who reveal unresolved issues in our own lives (the karma, if you will, we have come to earth to correct). This may involve: learning to make choices in your life that have the effect of clearing rather than clouding your vision, learning to become proactive instead of reactive, learning to be a sharer rather than a receiver-for-self-alone, learning to practice forgiveness and trust. 

Do you see that in every relationship there are hidden opportunities to connect and use the wisdom of Spirit, especially when it comes to obtaining dramatic improvements in our intimate relationships. Life is a spiritual journey that has a marvelous objective. The purpose of our relationships is to help us reach that objectified destination. We need to learn how to look at our relationships in this way; become aware of the beautiful gifts they contain in order that we travel more quickly along our path. If our relationships serve us in the way the Light intended, they become wonderful opportunities for spiritual growth and transformation. 

Let all your relationships this week reward you with Greater Consciousness~

It is not I....

It is not I, but the Christ within who does my work!

When we are truly on our paths, serving others in the highest good, we are pure vessels for greatness to flow through.

There is a great fight in each of our lives. It is the battles of two wolves. One wolf is filled with anger, rage, deceit and jealousy. The other is filled with joy, serenity, compassion and love. The wolf who wins is the one who we feed! Which one are you feeding right now?

We can slip and feed that bad wolf; however, we can instantly change the direction. By shifting our focus, focus on the good in our lives, we are grateful for the offerings that come our way.
