It's the end of KARMA as we know it....

Hey Y'all,

Oh my, you caught me.... I am singing to myself as I typed the title to this article. A catchy tune by a great group of musical angels named R.E.M. called, "It's the end of the world as we know it." I came across a great article this morning that lends hope to the direction we are choosing  to take. My dear friend and colleague Jennifer Hoffman wrote this. So sit back, relax, soak in the message as we continue to stretch, grow and learn. Oh yeah, back to the song.... "And I feel fine!"  XO~H

Karma has been the path of the earth and of its human family since the beginning of this ascension cycle. This is the foundation of the third dimensional paradigm and it contains the promise of evolution from fear to love, from limitation to expansion, and from suffering to joy and ultimately ascension into higher dimensions of being.

To attain the promise of ascension, humanity must complete its karmic path through forgiveness, which is required to end karma. These lessons are both your blessing and your greatest challenges, as you have experienced in the many lifetimes and struggles that have defined your karmic path. You have seen this is as path from karma to redemption but it is really simply moving from karma, the path of destiny and healing, to creation, the path of the divine human, one-ness, connection and of intentional energy flow. The karmic path has come to an end, if you choose to allow it to.

The new era of creation is now one small step away from you and forgiveness is the bridge you cross to reach it. This is not a small matter, for once you cross the bridge into the era of creation, you can never return to the dimensions of karma. For some of you this is a difficult choice because you walk on two karmic paths, the one of your lifetimes and the one of humanity’s karma. As light workers, teachers, and multi-aspected healers, you have held the healing potential for collective karma.

Part of your karmic journey is the responsibility you have accepted for the pain and suffering, created by others, that has impacted much of humanity. While you were powerless to prevent it and it was part of the collective karmic path, you have chosen to remain in karmic cycles until the collective karma is healed. Through this responsibility you have delayed the closure you need to complete your karmic cycles and you have done this willingly but even so, it is no longer necessary.

By remaining in this aspect of your karmic cycles you do not complete the other potential of your healing and that is to empower the creation paradigms for the new earth, which are karma-free. Your fear that karma will not be let go of, that you will not be successful in this aspect of your soul promise and soul contracts, that you will not honor your obligations to Source, that this will be another failed attempt at moving from karma to creation keeps you in karmic cycles that you do not belong in. (We have been on the roller coaster long enough.)

Can you accept the healing gift of grace, the forgiveness that Source has for you, which lets you go from the collective karma you are holding healing energy for? This is your opportunity to do the work that your soul has longed for since the beginning of this very long journey, and that is to create the new era for the earth, the era of creation and the end of karma. There are aspects of this healing that you cannot complete, that must be done through the collective intention to let go of karma.

While you can hold energy and intention for this outcome, this is no longer needed. What is needed is the fulfillment of karma’s healing, new paradigms for peace, joy and love that exist beyond karma. This is your evolution and ascension into higher dimensions of being and this is your gift to the world. Be complete with your healing, accept the gift of grace which is your letting go of from your individual and collective karmic obligations and start stepping into the joy, freedom, peace and unconditional love that are the blessings of the new era of creation.

I was scanning the Internet a few days ago and happened upon a technique called "The Pulse" by Jo Dunning. I watched a short video by Debra Cummings participated in the exercise and felt a shift ~ AMAZING.

A new way to make changes in your life ~ if it is money challenges, relationships, anything you want to change, this technique can help.  It is a clearing technique, one of the simplest I have yet to do. It feels right, it is comfortable, it is perfect for me.

Here is the difference, you are to bring to mind anything that is bothering you about this item. As you sit quietly, choose the item that you want to address ~ think about what bothers you about this. Continue to sit and think about what bothers you with this item.

I noticed as time went by I became less focused what was bothering me. I felt a shift and my thoughts became how I wanted to see the item in positive light.

Notice how you feel after, maybe you will feel lighter. See how your life changes, the little things, you life becoming easier.

When they show you....

As the year is winding down - we have 4 days left in the energetic vibration of 5, which is about change, change and more change. We are feeling this even more so with the last Full Moon of the year growing to its fullest in the days to come.

We are entering a number 6 year that will give us the opportunity to be more loving, caring, warm, responsible, humane and compassionate. (based on numerology)

So with a few days left and a Full Moon on our heels ~ we are being pushed to seriously let go of the crap that we still carry in our subconscious suitcase.

OMG - every insecure button that I have has been pushed in the weeks past by those who at one time held my fragile perfect heart in their hands. I take back my heart - I took it back in pieces, one at a time. Now as it is perfectly back together, I am creating a life from the inside out filled with love, tenderness, compassion and my truth.

I learned a valuable lesson which turned into a powerful tool in my spiritual toolbox. When people show you who they are ~ believe them.  This lesson took me a lifetime to get (good thing this life is only 43 human years so far.)

I am a lover of second, third and fourth chances. Listen closely ~ LEOPARDS DO NOT CHANGE THEIR SPOTS.

I have tried to change them, wash them off, scrubbing them until raw flesh was exposed. I finally got it and see past the spots. Some of us would rather cause harm to ourselves whether conscious or not than to embrace change AND more importantly, we are all doing the best we can in this now moment with the tools we have acquired in our respective toolboxes. Not that we have not been given the opportunity to get new tools or even to sharpen the ones we have, it was our choices that have led us the the places in which we are now standing.

I encourage all to take a moment to reflect on the great change that occurred for you in 2012 and how that change actually opened doors to great things to grow and flourish.

I Apologize...

Did you know that YOU are the sole owner of your vision, and God will absolutely give you what you want with your vision. Problem is your vision is muddied with reality and what everyone else thinks about what they want too. I apologize for my transgressions, as they are part of the collective.

We are in the most impressive times with the Universe and all its aspects lined up to support us as we create our best lives yet.  Each and every one of us has our hand being held by a supreme being that is allowing us to shift into the beautiful beings of purpose that we came to experience.

Super amazing things are occurring ~ you need not fret about the way in which this transpires. Just know that TODAY - we are in similar energy to that of November 1994.

• Can you recall events, people, opportunities and LESSONS (gifts) you gained?

This is so important because you will have similar opportunities and lessons now. Be conscious this time, be in the moment, reassess before acting upon as this will radically put life back on track. We have full aspect energy for these next three (3) WEEKS. We are growing, maturing and learning from these experiences as we move forward creating our very best life.

Thank you for showing up and being you as you have been doing your work, tilling your garden of extraneous weeds. Since June 2012, we have triggered a DEEP remembrance and awakening of old wounds within our memories and energy fields.

Faith is elastic...

My belief is based on blind faith. I have had an interesting life, realized through diving timing that I create my reality: the good, the bad and the divinely inspired.

As there are no coincidences, I truly know that God works in unexpected places through unexpected people, at unexpected times ~ in our highest good. God brought into my life people who exposed me to thoughts, actions and ways that have led me to my now moment. I was taught one lesson time and time again, when a person shows you who they are...believe them. I have a life changing experience where for me, I truly wanted to believe this person would reach their potential with my assistance. Guess what? They did not ask for my assistance nor did they want it. What a lesson that was when it was finally delivered and received fully.

On a brighter note, 11 years ago I was graced with a beautiful baby girl who has blossomed into a caring, charismatic, authentic young lady ever. I could not be more blessed as she was a gift from my blind faith that against all western medicine odds, I was to be a mother. She is the middle of three incredible beings who call me "mama." God is so good to me.

This brings me to Faith. Faith is elastic. Stretch it to the end of your demonstration. When you hope - Hope looks forward, Faith actually knows is has already received and acts accordingly.  Remember this ~ fear feeds and thrives on negative thoughts yet starves on Faith.

I truly create my realty and see how quickly my thoughts make manifest. I leave you with this to carry your through your week:

The light of God now wipes all fear, doubt, anger and resentment. God's love pours through me as an irresistible magnetic current. I see only perfection and draw to me my own.

Truths are created...

Truths are created, they are not static. You are the creator of your truths and what you are living is your truth.

I had a discussion today where one's experience of a situatiom was being told and it was this person's absolute truth. Why is this? You see we all have our truths ~ they actually reveal themselves from our perception.

We each have specific filters aka life experiences which affect our lens aka mind's eye which shape perception aka our world. So again I am expressing to you the importance of your thoughts, words and actions. Now I know that our past and our upbringing can influence the filters on our lens. So we must let go of all these thoughts, words, situations amd actions that do not belong to us. We must let go of the records which have been filed and catalogued in our subconcious that we do not want to keep.

From this moment forward I want you to say... I now make my perfect records through the Christ within - the records of Health, Wealth, Love and Perfect self-expression.

In your movement through this week, I want you to be aware that there are only 2 things you can control...

1. how you prepare for what might happen
2. how you respond to what just happened

Now the moment when things happen is in God's hands.

Curses are like chickens...

"Curses are like chickens, they come home to roost."

I have been sitting with this for a while and what keeps appearing is the power of words. When we gossip, get into other's affairs, make assumptions about a situation, we are actually transferring those energies into our world.

As we have all wished ill-will on someone, it has absolutely come back into your life. We typically do not see it as we spoke it; however, it comes back.

My request to you: for the next seven days, I want you to make a conscious effort to watch your words.  When you begin to talk about another in negativity, STOP, rephrase by saying, "I know they are doing the best they can with what they have in their spiritual toolbox at this now moment. May they be blessed and protected."

I know it might feel uncomfortable at first to actually bless someone that you have less than admirable feelings for right now. You have to have faith that you are a better person for it and continue to be the change that you want to see in the world.

Changing the ingrained....Part 2 (kinda)

This arrived in your mailbox yesterday and all the words were white making it quite difficult to read. Just a little play from the shadow of Mercury saying that you were not to read it until the Glorious Full Moon. Thank you for your laughter and for your patience as that is exactly what it exactly being called forth.

Are we there yet?” Yeah, yeah, that’s what a lot of us hear during hot and sizzling summer months. But, if we applied that inquiry to the energies associated with this volatile and transitory month, the answer would be an unequivocal “NO.”Nope kiddos, not quite there yet. But we have tons of opportunities to get closer to wherever ‘there’ is during a month filled with rare opportunities to push past obstacles and challenges that keep us staying stuck right where we are. Or, worse, wherever we’ve been staying stuck for a long, long, lonnnnnnng ass time. See, this is the month that offers every available option to change ingrained and unproductive patterns - - first in yourself - - and, then, in relationships all around. No doom. No gloom. Just choices. C’mon now, be honest, aren’t you ready for your apathy to end? Yeah, me too. And aren’t you ready for authentic solidarity to start? Yeah, me too. Dig deep. There’s a NEW WORLD ORDER emerging and it starts with rearranging the Universe living inside you.

Communications. Relationships. Reviews of both. July. Explosions are a given. But so is independence. Find freedom from EVERYTHING HOLDING YOU BACK and release your fear and frustration with and of the future. New influences are about to come into play. But first and apropos for this month, embrace revolutionary thinking and then just freakin’ change. If you do then the next time anyone asks you - - “are we there yet” – you can fully and confidently - -and TRUTHFULLY answer - - “ALMOST.” Yep, yep, ALMOST there. You can bank on it. I know that many of you will say that the above is hard to do. I will say, you are correct; however, it is very possible. Most of us are comfortable in the rut, because the rut is familiar. No matter how destructive it may be to our wellbeing, we remain in the rut, because we know how to navigate this discomfort world. I want to let these next words to absorb into your being. I want you to breathe these words as they become your mantra. "All things whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." You must act as if you had already received. Man can only receive what he sees himself receiving. I believe this is why power of visualization is so important. You must "see" it into being.


Owing to the vibratory power of words, whatever man voices, he begins to attract. People who continually speak of lack, invariably attracts it. People who continually speak of disease, invariably attract it. People who continually speak of abundance, invariably attract it. Do you understand what I am talking about? I want you to fully understand that Man receives only that which he gives. the game of life is a game of boomerangs. Man's thoughts, deeds and words, return to him sooner or later, with astounding accuracy. This is the law of karma.


I am one who chooses not to watch the news. I am one who chooses to seek out the good, to focus on the good in the world, to then send love and light to all other things that do not fit into that for me, knowing that all is in divine order. Yes, I too am human and can get sucked into negativity; however, it is my choice to change my focus, to create what I want, not what I don't want. "Bless your enemy, and you rob him of his ammunition."


I leave you with this on this incredibly blessed day. We were told in the 55th Psalm, to "cast thy burden upon the Lord." Many passages of the bible state that the battle is God's not man's and that man is always to "stand still" and see the Salvation of the Lord. I replace the word "Lord" with "Law," now it makes sense to me in the Laws of the Universe. This indicates that the superconscious mind (Christ within) is the department which fights man's battles and relieves him of his burdens. So if man violates law (Lord) if he carries a burden, and a burden is an adverse thought or condition, and this thought or condition has its root in the subconscious. Whatever your burden is, use this treatment, "I cast this burden of ___________ on the Christ within and I go free to_____________." Example, I cast this burden of resentment on the Christ within and I go free to be loving, harmonious and happy."

Unraveling......

Un-Doing Karma or Be-Coming Transformation

Each lifetime is entered with the purpose of healing karma and transmuting energies of fear into a higher vibration. This is the purpose of life and for each lifetime that is experienced on earth. The human experience creates karma until it can learn to connect with the energy of unconditional love, which then allows ascension into new energetic vibrations to occur. Karmic cycles allow the experience of karma through lessons to allow for the possibility of healing and forgiveness. This is the path of un-doing, which can create repeated cycles of learning until you aware that the way out of these cycles is to be-come the healing and transformation that will release the karma.

Every human connection contains a karmic element which you can be aware of by remembering that this is a central aspect of every interaction. Being aware of the presence of karma, observing the energy exchanges and knowing when karma is being activated allows you to see where there are opportunities to become the healing your own soul requires. You are either on the path of un-doing karma, which you do by repeating it in every interaction, or be-coming transformation.

Asking for the higher vibration of this experience is one way to stop 'un-doing' karma and become a new vibration. By recognizing and using every opportunity for healing, the karmic cycles of your life and of the world are minimized and greater opportunities for release and healing are available. This is part of your life mission, to stop the cycles of undoing, which are karmic, and to discover that life can be a joyful, effortless experience created from your highest vibrations.

Each of you is a healer of your soul wounds, soul groups, soul mates and of the world. But do not feel overwhelmed by the task because all healing begins with you and you each have the ability to follow the path of undoing or the path of becoming. You know which path to choose, which one is aligned with your soul's desire for healing and transformation and which one responds to your own wish for ascension and life in higher dimensions of being. Choose the path you resonate with, that answers your heart's call for healing and transformation and you will, with each step on your journey, become your heaven on earth.

Energies of late and what's to come...

Greetings to each of you! Talk about wild energies! What a ride! The past couple of weeks have revealed huge incoming waves of energies that we have not seen before. They look like very light mist green arcs moving through our dimension. There are others too that look very light silver. These waves are really shaking things up. If you are in balance things are going amazingly well for you. If not, and you are kicking and screaming your way through the current changes, things might not be so pretty for you but that can change!

I am seeing a lot of different symptoms on opposite poles of the spectrum with the current energy influxes. Many are having relationship issues, body pain that is very intense, mild headaches, old emotions surfacing, mineral deficiencies, excess energy, lack of energy and motivation or on the flip side, a huge spurt of creative juices. We can expect these pendulum swings over the next few weeks.

In addition we were also in a whopper of a Mercury Retrograde. This one feels pretty brutal and started affecting us over a week before actually going retrograde. This is a time when we must be very careful about our communications, make sure that what we mean has been heard and not something else, and also to follow up on what we have said or transmitted in emails, letters or any other kind of communication. May messages are not getting through lately. This can be frustrating but a little extra attention to things can go a long way in alleviating problems!

In all of the craziness of the times, we really need to work on self. To get our internal balance and stay there. It is really easy to get caught up in everyone else’s drama and trauma especially over the holidays. The truth is that every day is a holiday, a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience life as only that day can offer. If we keep our perspectives, we can realize that it is our traditions that are important. Our sense of ceremony and continuity that comes no matter what. These times call for us to honor something external.

I suggest that we take that even further and celebrate that we are creating the holidays out of a sense of our inner holiness. Our sacredness. Our connection with the divine forces that bring us life, love, and the ability to feel at all. How we feel and how we live is all by our choice, our free will, and our desire to find both commonality and to stand out. The very animation of us as beings of light. We have the power and the choice to experience this life to our greatest potential or to become victims of those experiences. Live, laugh, love as you never have. These current energies are like a crescendo of magic carrying us to a great opening of beingness. Ride it high and don’t look back!

This was sent to me by Meg Blackburn Losey. It has been quite the energetic ride as of late and I can say from personal experience that I have seen it from all angles and sides from people. Whew.... I mean really. I am physically tired from warding off all the emotional, mental and psychic attacks. Talk about swords and shields for protection.  Anyhoo, be good, be safe and I will write more on this later in the week. I can say that I had to bring out the Power Up Kit from the Aromatic Institute, which are four incredible blends called Trusting Source, Valor, Loosening Karmic Knots and Receive Divine Love. Incredible energy changes...

I so apologize for the blog delay. Dang - We have moved through some intense planetary alignments, an eclipse, a mercury retrograde and some spectacular trans dimensional energy shifts.

The energies are no longer coming in waves like they used to. They are instead coming to and through as fractals that arrange as libraries and records within our energy fields.

If ever there was a time when we needed to get right with ourselves, it is now. What I mean by that is that we must be completely truthful with ourselves about everything in our life experiences. No more making excuses for why things aren't working out the way we wanted them to. No more blaming others when we have the innate power to change it all. Creation is not only listening but participating with us as we are within it to bring forward whatever we state must be true.


If ever the word Amen applied it is now. So be it. So it is, Oh yeah and right on. Whatever we mean, there it is. In terms of symptoms lately I am seeing a lot of odd headaches, sacral issues, joint pain, digestive issues, foggy headedness and even tendencies to disassociate, or feel as if we aren't really in our bodies. If this is happening to you, do what you need to get grounded. Chocolate is a terrific grounding agent. Cold water on the wrists, lean your back against a big old tree. Walk barefoot in the grass or put your hands in the dirt. Those are just a few good suggestions.


If you are in situations that don't serve who you are in this now, deal with them. Either do what you need to do to rectify them or cut them loose. These energies don't have room for untruths and untruths can become far more than everyday nuisances. What do you really want? Where do you really want to be? With whom? Why not?


Celebrate yourself. Remember we didn't come here for the explicit job of being challenged. The reality is that we are here to live and all we need to do to accomplish that is to do the best we can. There is no judgment panel. We are the ones deciding our way. Where will we go today? Remember it is always and forever our choice. If we don't like the way things are going it is our inherent right to choose again!


Stand firm with me today and say "Once and for all." Use these words behind every affirmation that places you one step forward. TODAY - right now!!

Higher Frequencies of Beingness

As we move through our lives, there are times that we get caught up in the drama of another. I truly believe that we do this as to not have to experience our own trials and tribulations. Sometimes it is just easier that way.


Well my soul brothers and soul sisters, we are being called to walk our talk, to stand up against judgment, to embrace of gifts and purpose for this Earth school, to shine our light brightly for those who are now awakening. So how do we proceed? We do the work, which means whatever it is that is our personal lessons, growing opportunities and/or dealing with our karmic debts.

In addition to the lessons, we must incorporate a daily practice. This is your choice; yoga, meditation, journaling through your muck, dancing, affirmations, etc. Now more than ever, you must let go of all preconceived notions, trust that the divine source of all is working always in your highest good, even if you are in the midst of turmoil, grief or chaos. All is in perfect divine order and there are definite gifts around the corner as soon as you release and let go of controlling the situation.

AFFIRM:

 I love the higher frequency of me!

I am a vibration from God with a mandate to be fully me!

God is the cosmic fractal matrix of my life and the life of my true center!

Unceasing and ever increasing good blesses me holographically!

I am a living example of multidimensional beauty, health and wholeness!

A Message of Light

I received this message from Debbie Ford yesterday. I love the words and knew I had to share it.

"Light! More light!" howled Goethe before he died.

Dear Loved Ones,
You have been called to be who you are -- the whole luminous light. No one can dim your light when you are fully present to the depth and breadth of it. No one can say no to a light so bright. No one can deny who you are unless you are, in some way, minimizing the power and the force of your divine substance.
Don't go to sleep now for you have been awakened. Don't shut your eyes or you will put out the light. Stay awake to the power and force that guides and protects your divine essence.
Look for the light. Look for it in everything. Look for it in yourself, in your children, in your job, and in your dreams. Look for it in the food you eat and in the people you surround yourself with. Look for it in the music you listen to and in the words that you read. Look for it in your communication and in your heart.
Find the light of God in your past, in your struggles, and in your missed opportunities. Find it right now wherever you are and whomever you're with. For until you can find the light, there will be darkness -- the very darkness that you have given the power to put out your light.
